It is good...I love it, but it doesn't add up to hybrid theory...but still i can't wait to get the actual cd and look at the cover art and stuff...

KaiKazama It is good...I love it, but it doesn't add up to hybrid theory...but still i can't wait to get the actual cd and look at the cover art and stuff... i agree, hybrid was the creme of the crop for LP. i've listened to the album and its a good try in a right direction but...i dunno yet

I did not like it at all.
While I really enjoyed Hybrid Theory and I'm still really into Meteora, I think I preferred their style in those two albums over this new direction. Although, it's understandable why they went this route, I would still rather they went back to their roots in their next album instead of continuing the sound presented on this album.
Edit: Well, I've listened to it a good number of times and I'm liking it a bit more. I think the most pop sounding songs on here are done really well and definitely a strong point (which I'm sure old fans don't appreciate), but the harder songs sound too awkward. To me, they sound a bit dated and perhaps would've belonged on an album between Meteora and this one. Specifically, "Given Up", "Bleed It Out", and "What I've Done".
My favorites would have to be "Leave Out All the Rest", despite laughing at that music video, and "In Pieces". I thought there was some progress, musically, but they really need to decide which route they're going on the next album.

I really like Minutes to Midnight. No, it's not all super heavy metal, but it's still good. I like Meteora, Hybrid Theory, and Minutes to Midnight. They're different, but all good.

i liked it on a scale of 1-10 i would give it an eight pretty decent and worth buying but not better then meteora and hybrid the best songs would have to be No More Sorrow ,Hands Held High , and Shadow Of The Day
