Macy had no reason, if Caspian had kissed him like that when he was sober then he would have pulled back and reprimanded him for showing such a intimate level of affection....but the rum made him feel incredibly at ease, so he eagerly responded to the fierce kiss, encouraged by the cheers.
"really..you think so...?" Macy asked curiously, a playful smile on his lips. He moved back a little and his hands travelled to Caspian's shirt and he started fiddling with the buttons, he leaned close so his mouth was near Caspian's ear and chuckled.
"this would really get the excited..." he whispered saucily, slipping his hands underneath the shirt. To say rum made Macy a tease, would be an understatement.

Caspian laughed, well now, a little drink did have a fun effect on his usually fairly coy lover.
He didnt however have the heart to let Macy make too much of a fool of himself and thus he leant down and scooped the younger man up ainto his arms, holding him tightly against his chest as he winked to his crew.
"My Friends! The drink has quite gone to his head!" he called to the rush of laughter.
"I'll take him to bed now and let him get his rest!" The cheer was an expected one at the comment, but at least he seemed the lecherous one now and not Macy, he couldnt bare to let them see his beloved badly... he just couldnt..
Carefully he carried him out of the gally and made his way along the deck, not walking too fast with the Unigon still in his arms.
"You're a silly thing.." he said fondly to the other male.

Macy was alittle surprised at being stopped and picked up, and he stayed silent the cheers almost deafening the young Unigon who snuggled himself close to Caspian, his hands still under the pirate kings jacket and shirt. He made no sound as he was carried away and laugheed a little at Caspian.
"i'm not silly, i'm Macy...you're silly! telling them what you're going to do with me"" Macy answered back, playing with the cross pendant he had given Caspian. He had had it since childhood so it was special and now something special was on someone special to him. He grinned at the thought...that just sounded weird.

About four months trickled by onthe ship, they made it to their destination, and found out very little sadly at the end of the day, as they couldnt actually gain access to the land of the unseelie, but that was how it went for now.
They had stayed at sea afterwards though, caspian not wanting to lose Macy's companny yet, and Macy seemingly quite happy to stay with him.
Things had been going well enough, they'd been all over the place, he had tried to show Macy as much of the world as he could, it was such a lovely land after all. They were currently not far of the coast of the elfin lands, and suddenly their happy lives took a turn for the worse. The last few days had been spent trying to escape the peruit of a naval vessle, the elfin authorities had cottened onto them.. and finaly it all seemed to have come to a head, the ship had been swarmed and well, things were looking mess.
"Ayden, Let him go." Caspians eye darkened as they started at the captain of the elfin naval vessel,
"He has nothing to do with this!"
"You're wrong Captain Aurelius, of course.." The other elf said,
"He's on your ship, of course he matters... and fundamentally if you dont come along quietly now I'll be forced to kill him.." he held the blade of his knife more tightly against Macy's throat and Caspians eyes widened..
He couldnt let Macy get hurt...

Macy had enjoyed his time with Caspian, though he had been a little depressed about their dead-end in his search for his mother. He had for a few weeks now, being feeling off, sometimes even being sick and he was putting on weight, which he put down to being on a ship and not working out.
He hadn't been worried about escaping the Elven Navy, but when they got aboard, he had run straight for the Captain's Cabin, only to be stopped by two Naval officers and held in place, his arms pinned behind his back and his head held roughly inplace by one of them grabbing one of his curled side-hrons like a handle. He grit his teeth out of annoyance, his gaze dark as he stared at the one Caspian had called Ayden.
"let me go you cowardly a$$" he spat venomously, though he was shaking after the knife was pressed to his throat. He hated knives, and any weapon that he had encountered while on the run from the Dragon Authorities. He struggled futilely, only to have his head yanked back further by a rough tug of his horn, the pain causing him to cry out hoarsely.

That did it for Caspian.
Seeing Macy trembling, seeing the serios discomfort in his eyes was enough to make him realise that things were really not going to get any better...
"Ayden.. please.." his tone was actually slightly afraid.. He couldnt let Macy get hurt, he couldnt be responcible for that.. he couldnt believe it had some to this... he was supposed to help macy, he was meant to be there for him, he was meant to look after him..
He sighed.
This was it...
"Okay. You win." he stated, looking past Ayden to where the rest of his crew were being held at gun point.
"I'll go with you.. but you have to promise to let the rest of my crew go.."
Ayden smirked.
"I'll give then a four day head start before I send somone else after them, it will take us that long to get back to port anyway..."
Caspian nodded.
"Jakkan, you're in charge now." he said to his burly first mate,
"You know what you have to do.. you know the way the ship runs.
"Full moon on the cape will never be forgotten as long as there is hope in black stone." He nodded. It was a slim chance... but it might work..
He let his eyes flick over to Macy.
"Be strong." He said quietly.
"You wont be alone..." And with that he turned towards Ayden, stepping over ot him sedately now, his fingers going to the pendant around his neck.

Macy let his eyes flick to Caspian, his gaze pleading at him, he didn't want to lose Caspian and he bit his lip.
"Cas don't!!" he argued, his voice raised with emotion. His eyes stung, he couldn't bare losing Caspian and if he went with them...it was just like his father...that did it, that opened the floodgate that had for years tightly closed. Tears fell down his cheeks, and he bowed his head.
"they'll kill you...just like...." he said, emotion breaking his sentence. He was going to be without Caspian, and he was going to be alone with the child they had made. He couldn't stand that thought. And he let himself fall to his knees, his body trembling.

Caspian turned around again, his face clearly completely stricken.. he hated this.. he'd never wanted Macy to cry.. never...
"Macy..." he looke dup at Ayden and sore somthing he had hoped, but not expected to see in his face...
"You can have a moment.." The officer stated, he was after all a man of the law, not a monster..
"You will still come with us, or we will go through with our threats.. but I'm not such a feind as to stop you saying goodbye to somone who is obviously so important to you.."
Caspian nodded once, and moved very quickly over to Macy, falling on his knee's beside him and gather ing him into his amrs again.
"Mace.. it'll be okay.. You'll be okay.." he held him tightly against him, one hand going to to his cheek, the other resting on his stomach..
"Please dont cry..." he couldnt stand Macy crying... he loved him so very much.. so very very much..
He nuzzles his face against Macy neck and very very quietly murmured..
"I'll come and find you... I promise...."

Macy clung quickly to Caspian, his head resting against the pirate's shoulder as the sobs past his lips. He felt awful, like a part of him was being ripped out and he was left to feel with the pain awake and screaming.
"what if you die?..they'll kill you Cas!! I know what they do to pirates!!" Macy argued, his face striken with sorrow. He had managed to quell his sobs and few tears fell now, but they still pricked at his eyes.
" I don't want you to go, I love you Cas, so much!!" he added, and kept quiet once he had heard what Caspian had said, it soothed him and he kissed the pirate on the lips, their last kiss for what he felt would probably be a good while. His heart ached at the thought of being away from the man who totally owned his heart, he loved Caspian more than anything, so much, so much it was hard to put down in words.

Caspian kept his arm around his young loved.
"Its gonna be okay.." He said again, his voice still quiet.
"I wish there was another way Mace, I really do.. I wish I could think of a way to stay with you.. I love you too.. more than you can imagine.. but there really isnt anyway I can keep you self.. aside from letting them take me.." He leant back a little, hooking his fingers under Macys chin.
"I know the danger.. I know what they do as well.. I know very well indeed.. but if you're safe everything will be fine.." He smiled slightly and leant down again, pressing his lips firmly against Macy's, kissing him lingeringly, his arms still holding him close.
He knew he wouldnt be hurried.. Ayden was ruthless, he would get his way, but he held no beef with Macy, so he would feel for the Unigon.. he knew that.
Caspian did slowly pull away though, ending the kiss..
"Look after the baby.." he said quietly..
"I love you Macy, I'll always love you.. You'll never be alone.." Slowly he stood again, his arms falling to his sides as he was caught by the shoulders and turned away again.

Mact let Caspian's voice wash over him, soothing him as he cuddled against the pirate. He had one hand on his stomach aswell, gently placed over Caspian's. He returned the kiss eagerly when given, wanting their parting kiss to stay, to sooth any time they were apart. He trusted Caspian on his words, he always had, the pirate had never lied to him.
"I will...I love you Cas..always..." Macy said, his face stricken with sorrow again when Caspian left him. He slowly picked himself up, his hand held protectively over his stomach as he watched Caspian be led away.

Caspian looked over his shoulder as he walked away.. and smiled slightly.
"I love you Macy!" He called out, managing to smile even more.
"You just keep your chin up and wait to hear a voice on the wind!" He let himself be lead away, over on the naval ship.. which, once the crew were restored to it as well, the ship left.. taking the pirate with it...

The crew took care of the ship, very well in fact, and the journey back to the Layrinth was easy enough, the weather remained almost mockingly fair as they travelled, and before long they were back at the goblin court..
Where the crew made a point of leaving Macy well and truely behind..
They had a place to go, and they knew their captain would kill them all if they put his lover in any danger.

Macy was feeling totally dejected by the time he made it back to the castle, he felt like he was the one being locked away. His heart had well and truly shattered and he hated the crew for leaving him behind, he had kicked and screamed as much he could in his condition but the ship had left and they had even gone so far as to threaten him if he tried boarding again. So now he stood outside the castle, his back slung over his shoulder as he stared silently at the old castle that was his home.

Jareth had noticed a rather significant change in mood all day. Something which he had recently learned was Eidolon's doing. The castle tended to smell of brine whenever Caspian was near and since the Spirit of the Labyrinth had revealed himself the place smelled like peanut butter whenever Macy returned to visit. He was getting a similar sensation now, only slightly different and there was a deep aura of sadness that seemed to wash its way through the hallways. there was no time to lose in walking so the Goblin King swiftly appeared outside the heavy doors of the castle to greet, and most likely comfort, his estranged ward.

Eidolon was resless, really really restless and he'd been busilly flitting about the palace all day... in and out of room trying to find somthign..
And now he couldnt stand it any more..
He felt really really awful...
So bad in fact that he thought he might well cry!
He didnt like how it felt either and so with light scampering outside, desperate to find out what it was that was bothering somone so badly.. it felt so awful!
As he got outside he spotted Jareth and the Unigon, Macy had grown up running around the labyrinth, and Eidolon knew him very well, even though he was sure Macy had no idea who he was he couldnt bare to see the other looking so down and so very cautiously started creeping closer to Jareth and Macy.
