I honestly don't know. There are people I believe deserve to die, but I'm not in charge of that, and I don't think a Jury should be either. But if we plan on putting someone on death row, we should just damn kill them instead of spending so much money just keeping them on death row.

The death penalty is such a joke, people spend years, decades on death row. Then they can have their case reviewed and have it changed.
Call me cold, but i would put a rush on death row.
Then again im also pro-torture in the prisons.

i believe that to take anyones life is not right unless it is a special circumstance and should only be used if the person be sentenced to it has commited a horrible crime that requires death, this would cover crimes such as murder, stealing of religious items or other things of great importance and a few more any thing other than those few is outright murder on un-just grounds
