The male quickly stood to take her hand and help her to her feet. There was one good thing. They were right inside the mouth of his cave so they could just go in deeper for warmth. He nodded. "Come one...I even have some blankets deeper inside."

Fre nodded her head slowly as she rose to her feet. She had to admit she was feeling very weak and she nearly lost her balance. If Raken hadn't have been there she probably would have. Very slowly she made her way to the back of the cave.

It was then that it struck her that he children might have to grow up here. Her eyes danced around the cave slowly, taking in all it's features, and she had to admit she wasn't happy about the prospect. Maybe it had been fine to raise his siblings in but no child of hers was going to be raised in a dark cave. No, that wouldn't do. They needed a proper, above ground, home.

Fre wasted no time speaking her mind, "Raken, I don't think we should raise our daughters here. Call it a feeling but I think they need an above ground home to be in, something so they can always see the stars to sooth them to sleep."

His free arm went around her waist, helping suppor her as they walked deeper into his home. He sighed. "Fre, if there is one...single thing that I know...is how to raise children. I've taken care of tristen, amara, dameon, dayht, niday, even a bit of malloren and yuki. That's more pae then some people even have. I'm always the one my siblings turn to, my mother turn to whenever they have questions." He looked at the numberous glow worms in his place, illuminating his home as well as any lamps. He only did three things really. Babysit, read and train. He had worked hard in all three. "They'll be fine."

Still, Fre wasn't comfortable with the idea. They needed to be out in the fresh air, experiencing all the times of day and their seasons, not stuck in a dank cave reading books. If she hadn't been so tired she would've taken Arlie with her and gone back to Mouse's but she was in no position to do that at the moment without getting horribly lost of hurting herself.

"Still," she protested. "They're not going to be stuck in here all day. We'll be going on walks, day or night, to show them the world."

That was all she was going to say about it and that was the way it was going to be. As she gazed at the sleeping Arlie in her arms she thought about how Mouse had been when she was first adopted. Swimming, hiking, weaving, all kinds of activities filled up everyday and she never wanted for anything. Did it make her spoiled, maybe, but her children were going to get a balance of that and they wouldn't end up like either of their parents.

"We'll see." Raken merely said, not wanting to argue with her. It was almost like she disrespected his life style. It wasn't brightfilled and joyful, but that didn't so much effect the children except keeping them from becoming spoiled. Dayht was still a little ball of energy.

OOC: lol, oooohhhh no. Dyas at least is going to...how did fre put it? 'be stuck in a dank cave reading books.' I am not going to have another bright and cheerful pae, ooohhh no.

She wasn't very satisfied with his answer but decided it was time to just let it go. Wither Arlie against her chest, Fre snuggled into bed, her eyes getting heavy as the warm blankets warmed her and soothed her to sleep. In her mind she thought about all the fun she'd have with her babies and the adventures they'd go on. Raken wasn't going to change her mind on this one.

Soon, very soon, her eye lids closed and her breathing slowed as she drifted off into sleep.

And Raken wasn't going to let Fre change his mind. The male moved over to her, gently laying dyas against the female for her to get to bond a little with her mother. He then walked quietly back to the mouth of his cave, forming a black orb within his soul. The shadows around him gathered and he molded. A black tiger, darker then the night sky, appeared beside him. Born from the shadows he had pulled to him, it had none of the details of the beast it was except the outline. "Stand gaured." He softly commanded, sitting down to settle his back against the mouth of his home. A bit extreame he knew, but there were creatures out here that could wander in and eat the newborns as he and fre slept. He wouldn't get much sleep this night with constantly renewing his spell, but it would be worth it. Raken closed his blue eyes.
