Nah. I don't think he would've thought about it.
As much fun as crack theories on Sasuke fantasising about Sakura's cup size are, I doubt he would've wondered if she was still a virgin.
Commiting fratricide is 1.
Clan revival is 2 and only 2.
He's got other things to worry about.

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt if he took 3 seconds to contempkate the later. Also, if Sasuke is as smart as he wants us to think he is, he would remember to be prepaired for the off chance that he is killed by or dies defeating Itachi, he would have made sure that at least one of the goals was accomlished. Now I know the problem about that is that if he were to have a kid w/ Sakura, that would put her and their child at risk. But let's face it, boths Sakura and Naruto are already at risk for just knowing him (his real secret reason for leaving ~.^), Naruto for being the hoast of the Kyuubi as well.

Well, at first I don't know if he really cared much about seeing Sakura. Maybe he was thinking about the fact that Sakura hadn't forgotten him and had even went through the trouble of finding him.
But the real moment in which you realize what Sasuke could think of Sakura is when she charged at him. The face he made IMO showed that he was surprised that the girl that used to fawn over him is not strong enough and willing to fight him if needed.

xd That's true. I'm sure he was surprised that she would do that. Because a) the old Sakura never would have done that and b) Sakura did get a heck of a lot stronger. I kinda want to know what would have happened had Yamato not interviend. Would Sasuke have killed her? Whould she have let him? I don't think so.
I've acutally pictured this sene in my head where she rips th sword from his hand and stabs him but at the sword goes through both of them. It's at that moment Sasuke realizes what a totall a** he has been. Neither of them die of couse. Yeah, me and my shoujo moments sweatdrop

Like most of the replies, I agree that we never see how Sasuke first looked at her. We just see Sakura see him. Now I think his thoughts went like this,
"What, pink hair? That could only be one person... She's changed..." Again that is just my opinion.

Well Sasuke thought great, the emotional one is here. Too bad he didn't get to see her fight and new abilities otherwise he would've been like," Dang she's gotten so much better."
But still he has distanced himself from all emotions, or appears to. He wasn't afraid of losing any of them.

*squeeeeee* like the little fangirl i am sweatdrop i think his reaction was sorta "how the hell did you find me? you havent given up yet? ******** when she went after him, i think he hesitated...i honestly dont believe he wants to kill sakura...but to get orochimaru off his back and to keep him from thining sasuke was getting to soft he would harm her...sadly crying but yeah...i do wish she had used her new techniques on him though! he wouldve been shocked...to an extent...
he wouldve been all wahmbulance and she wouldve been all talk2hand and he wouldve been all scream and then she wouldve been all 3nodding and then whee and naruto wouldve been all eek
ill go now ^_^;

wow.! lol. ive always thought the same thing.
well i think sasuke was a little angry because he would probably have to kill her because of orochimaru and i really dont think he would want to do that!. so i think he was upset and pissed off that she didnt listen to what he told her that he was an avenger and that his life could never be lived the same way naruto and sakura could live theres.
just a thought <3
