well I agree with the Naruto's dad therio they have blonde hair and a lot of other common things plus he sealed the ninetails and probably didn't feel like using another child. 3nodding

I AGREE WITH ALL YOUR THEORIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a Naruto viddy about the akatsuki leader they made a suggestion that the leader is either very close to or was actually RELATED to the 3rd hokage, here's what I wrote!!!!:
"OHHH!! And I just remembered, if it is the 3rd's son that would make sense! Because Asuma is also related to the 3rd(grandson I think, or nephew) plus they killed Asuma because he said himself, that he knew who the leader was...Yes, it all makes sense!" mrgreen xd 3nodding

Another theory about Naruto and Yondiame's relation id that Naruto is his reincarnation...that makes absolutly no sense. To be a reincarnation, you need to be born after the other person dies...Yondiame had to be alive to seal Kyuubi into Naruto. Whoever made up that thoery, didnm't think it all the way through. Anyways, I agree with most of your thoerys, but since I haven't watched that far, I'm just gonna listen to your thoerys^^

Time to add my own two cents.
While I do agree that Yondaime is without a doubt, Naruto's father, I wish to point something out:
To seal the Nine-tailed fox, he needed a baby with its umbilical cord still attached. His son, just being born beside him, was the only option. Naruto's mother died in this manner, and so did Yondaime.
Thus, Naruto gets the sealed fox, and is an orphan.
And, Jiraya's words when he pushed Naruto,
"Forgive me fourth."
Now, although I agree Yondaime is Naruto's father, for all we know, Jiraya could've said it in case Naruto didn't save himself, and he apologized for freeing the fox. If he died.
And for the Obito/Tobi theory,
you bet.
For example:
Obito, last seen:
Even though it is a bit hard to tell with Yondy's dark shirt, Obito's hair is the same as Tobi's:
As well, Obito gave his left eye to Kakasi, leaving him with only his right eye. And, Tobi's right eye is the only one he can see through, because it is the only with an eyehole.
As well, Tobi's name is an anagram of Obito, with one letter removed and one moved. For all we know, the AL, before founding Akatsuki, found the nearly dead Obito, and saved him. When Obito could speak, and was asked his name, he could have amnesia, and recalled his name as Tobi.
As well, I also believe the last theory, of Madara Uchicha being AL. Wouldn't even he want to save a relative? I think so.
Okay, so that was more like two dollars and not two cents, but I'm proud.

i'm a supporter of most of those theories... i'm not so sure about the 4th being akatski leader though...
anyway, i have an observation about the 4th=naruto's father theory...
i don't know if anyone has noticed this yet, but i was watching naruto shippuuden episode 16, and it stated that the 4th kazekage was gaara's father. i was thinking, since naruto and gaara are so alike... so maybe since gaara's father was the fourth in the sand village, then naruto's dad was the 4th too! because, there's barely anything different about the two's lives.. so it would make sense...
i dunn think i'm making sense ^^; it's late for me *crawls into bed*

Trusty's New Theory: 
So I was reading this, and then I was like "Hm, who does that look like?" Well, I went outside to mow the lawn in very hot weather and I couldnt get my mind off of who the AL was. Then I formed this theory. It's a doosy.
Okay, so we all know that Yondaime-hokage had to sacrifice his soul to the death god, well in that time, Madara Uchiha who, I believe to be a body hopper like Orochimaru, took his body. In that time he formed the Akatsuki.
I also believe this to be true, I think that Orochimaru didn't only leave the Akatsuki because of Itachi being too strong, it was the fact that he found out the truth about the Akatsuki leader. In that time he created a cursed seal that was made for an Uchiha to turn Sasuke chakra as evil as Madara's. Who was said to have more cursed Chakra then Kyuubi. So when Orochimaru would be able to take over Sasuke's body he would be able to fight Kyuubi leading to the fact that, what I beleive, Orochimaru knew about Madara and I don't believe he spoke of him to Sasuke. (You the supiriority complex he has).
So there ya go, believe it or not, that's what I'm going with for now.
