'sure thing?' Owyln came out with, jumping slightly as the first big bang of a firework was heard overhead, his ears pricking back towards his head. Keeping his grip around the blankets, the pair of them had ceased the little patting game, Owylns hand now being used to support her against him once more. Groaning slightly as his hair fell infront of his eyes, he did his best to blow it out of the way without much sucess, and soon enough the polar bear anthro could barely see through a mop of blue hair.

Cera blinked up towards her father, as soon as the large sparkle of red light that was the firework passed through the sky her gaze was fixed elseware, smiling as she brought her palm up to point at the light that had flown through the sky. Her ears perked back towards her head, waiting for the next big flash of light, hand outstretched towards the light as far as it would go beneath a mountain of covers.

'that, is a firework Cera' Owyln said with a smile, deciding not to mention the poor squirming lizard Kain held within his hand, his spare hand coming up to swish his hair out of his back before he patted Cera's back. Swishing her tail back beneath the blankets, he covered her up slightly further, before etching from one foot to the other. This way he had his back to the fireworks but Cera could see - it was an all win situation at least thats what he thought.

Meanwhile William had managed to get Yume up to the top of the hill, dog neko and fallen standing at the top of the hill, Williams hand rested upon the dogs back. Straightening his coat out he stood there just thinking to himself, he couldn't see the fireworks but hearing them were good enough for him, he could just about imagine them from what his father had managed to describe to him those few nights before. His wings flexed slightly, both falling down against his back, his warm palm still encased around Yume's.

'why' he whispered, so she couldn't hear, holding that happy look even if it was fake so she wouldn't question. Shaking his head lightly, the two thin braids of hair fell down behind his ears, deciding to leave the subject until he got home and he could atleast chat with his dad once more. Dad had described to him a lot about being a teenager recently, including the fact he would now go to a school down the road which hopefully he could come out with some good gcse's in. Even though he couldn't see - the school was one that catered for the blind so his dad had said if he worked hard then getting a good education wasn't to be far beyond reason.

'heh, well William appears to have other things on his mind and Cera - she seems to be just fine' Owyln said, almost as a hushed whisper, knowing full well Sirene was still around a little further up the field. Somehow he didn't want the overprotective mother ushered anymore into thinking that William was about to jump her daughter, which he wasn't, but she was worried that the pair of them might. Adjusting Cera within his grasp, he gave Kain a smile, shifting from one foot to the other once more.

'and on the fireworks - well...' Owyln spoke once more, slowing down until he couldn't even think of a report for the fireworks, so just left it how it was. Deciding against turning around, the man smiled hearing cera's soft muffle everytime a firework flew into the air, her tail brushing against his coat as every small bang lit up the neighbourhood. Letting his ears flick back against his head, he glanced up at the hill and the three of them, before turning his attention back to his best friend.

Cera meanwhile barely took her gaze off the fireworks, blinking suddenly as she felt someone watching her, letting her gaze fall down until her brown orbs met with Kain's red. Smiling a little, she brought her palm up to start pressing her gums against the skin once more, her teeth were starting to come through so biting her hand appeared to help the baby - even if it meant her palm was a mess of sticky saliva by the end of the evening.

Turning her attention back to the fireworks, Cera pressed her cheek against her fathers shoulder, the stickly stubstance of sucking on her palm now dribbleing down her wrist and into her sleeve. Seemingly it didn't bother the small neko, her gaze half on another green firework which exploded in the air and half on the small fallen boy who was gazing up towards her.

Owyln blinked slightly feeling something damp against his arm, suddenly realising exactly where it was coming from, he removed one arm from around Cera digging inside his pocket for a hankie. Bringing it up he wrapped the cotten around the young girls wrist to catch whatever liquid came off from her palm, replacing his grasp around her once more, giving the girl a soft smile.

'please say your not trying to hook up the second member of my family, already' Owyln just murmered, a slight sad tone held within his voice, but he gave a warm smile down towards the toddler clinging onto his ankle. Bending down to his knees, he removed the blanket around Cera, sliding it down onto the floor. Before letting Cera sit there ontop of the blanket, propped up against Owyln's scarf, her palms covered over in a baby grow falling towards the floor.

Cera sat there, blinking over towards Kain who was stuck to her father's ankle, a small smile still on her face. Bringing her palms up she decided to suck once more onto her knuckle, her ears pinning right back towards her head, almost as if she was trying to figure out exactly how the little boy was walking. She could only just crawl - never mind walk - but somehow Kain walking made the neko child want to try it out for herself.

Letting her palm drop from her mouth, she shakily put her two palms out infront of her, falling flat onto her stomach once more. Appearing not to be very stable yet with moving the young neko girl dragged herself back to sitting, clutching onto the blanket around her once more, her brown orbs still meeting with Kain's. She was clad in a over-sized coat which half drenched the small child, a light cream scarf twined around her neck, a long with a pair of brown booties seen at the end of her feet - obviously wearing a pure black baby grow underneath her large coat.

'Kain appears to be walking well, Cera's only just started to crawl and her teeth are coming through - but he appears to be the little walking master' Owyln commented, helping Cera prop herself back up to sitting once more, staying bent down incase the little girl had any other accidents with trying to move. He had almost winced up once she fell onto her stomach but seeing her try her best to lift herself up, all by herself, had made him stop helping her for those few minutes - she just wanted to know exactly how to do this herself without help.

Owyln chuckled a little, seeing the lizard on the top of the boy's hair, before slowely dragging himself to his feet. Standing once more, his gaze wasn't taken off the little girl sitting by his feet even for a few moments, crossing his arms over his chest once more as he stood there. His long scarf literally flopped down over his shoulderblades, the end bits just tickleing the small childs head who was clinging to his leg, Owyln hoping Kain would go sit with Cera on the blanket which was already set out on the grass.

Niko smiles, and shakes her hand. "I'm Nikomas, Niko for short. My daughter's are over there somewhere..." She waves her hand towards where Aqua, Sere, Sarah, and Marfa were talking.

Sere rolls her eyes. "You think someone'd accept wildlife pictures from a werewolf?"

Aqua frowns. "You sure you should give a sparkler to a rabbit....?"

'yeah..i'm just fine, why do you ask?' William suddenly sprang out with, seemingly snapping out from what could have been classed as a deep thought moment, giving the neko girl a smile. Taking her other hand within his, the angels blue eyes hit hers almost as if he could see again, but he couldn't. The two braids flew back as a small gust of wind drew them back within the wind, his wings flattening out at their sides to stop the majority of the gust hitting her and himself. His wings wern't quite big enough to cover the pair of them but they were big enough to shadow her sides for the time being - the grey feathers glistening in the darkness.

Cera meanwhile blinked over towards Kain and the lizard, her ears flicking with curiousness as she sat there, before a smile spread accross her lips once more. Bringing her palm up, she started half sucking on her palm once more, a rather unsatisfied look splashing accross her face, starting to whimper slightly as her teeth really did start to hurt. The peice of cotten around her palm, otherwise known as Owylns hankie, was now drenched and falling limp against her arm.

'Cera?....your teeth hurting again?..' Owyln questioned hearing her small whimpers, digging inside his pocket, before he passed her a brightly coloured teething ring. Waiting a few seconds for her to take it, he gently ruffled her hair, his ears pinning right back against his head at the mothers words - hadn't he already told her exactly where the pair of them were? Gulping slightly, he gave Cera a smile as she took it off him, removing his hankerchief from around her wrist.

'ok...and Owyn you'll understand why one day' he said half answering his friend, busy tieing yet another dry hankerchief around her wrist once more, almost as if he had brought plenty for the occansion. Standing up once more a few moments later, he folded the wet hankerchief, sliding it into his pocket which was exactly where the teething ring had been produced from a few minutes earlier. His gaze met with his friends for a few moments, frowning lightly as his sensitive ears picked up his words, deciding to shrugg it off for the time being.

Cera meanwhile smiled happily, taking the teething ring in both palms, half sucking on the ring instead of her palm - it didn't hurt so much. The metal ring was being clamped against her gums, the nekos whimpering having ceased, her tail wagging happily behind her once more. Letting the ring fall down into her lap, she blinked over towards Kain, smiling just that tad more - the whimpering look having totally disapeared.

'Anything wrong yourself?' William whispered, suddenly finding himself stuttering slightly with his choice of words, keeping his soft smile down towards her. Squeezing his palm gently his tooth bit slightly down onto his lip, his ears picking up on the children laughing and playing and the odd 'oo' and 'ah' from the people who were watching the fireworks. Shifting his weight onto his other leg, he kept his gaze on her, seeing nothing but black but yet knowing full well that was her infront of him. Everything seemed so much easier for now, not so much of a chore.

"Because I have this feeling you are lying to me, William." She had a light tone in her voice as to make sure he wasn't offened by her words. Yume was slightly surprised when he grabbed her other has and turned to face him. She looked into his blue eyes wishing that just once more, he could see the smile she wore on her face.

Fireworks contuined to light up the sky and Yume could see the different colors glowing off him and in his eyes. It seemed to cause him to appear more like the angel he was and not a fallen. She bent her head down and stared to ath grass around her feet. Smiling, she closed her eyes and shook her head, her ears leaning back against the cold. "William, something about this is just different. I can't tell what it is but I just now that there is something here that neither of us have seen." Yume was smiling but she was lost for what she was saying as it seemed her mind had gone off into thoughts of her past with him and the chance her mother had told her about not to long ago...a chance of love.

'you want to know, well your answers up on that hill' Owyln whispered, nodding over towards the hill where the fallen and the neko stood side by side, Owyln closing his eyes for a few moments as he heard Kains shout. Giving Cera a comforting smile, he bent down to brush her long braids away from her face, keeping his soft smile as he barely made eye contact with owyn. He knew full well what this demon was like when he was mad and deciding not to anger him further would be a good point to make, at least thats what he thought to himself.

Cera blinked rapidly at the harsh tone, staying exactly where she was, her ears flattening right back against her head. She blinked up towards her father at his kind look, dragging herself back to all fours, making a rapid rush over towards him - falling along the way as she finally found herself once more against his arms. It was pretty obvious Owyln hadn't ever shouted at her like this, the baby clutching onto her teething ring as she stayed close towards her dad.

'heh, wheres the little hyper Cera?' Owyln said with a smile, bringing his palms down, as his fingertips worked their way up and down her sides gently tickleing the small neko. He kept his soft smile, watching the child squirm beneath him, before removing his tickleing grasp to gently tap her nose gently. He glanced over briefly towards the hill, before smile, just thinking to himself - true he was sad it seemed like he was loosing William but he looked happy, happier than he had been for days since he had become a teenager.

Cera smiled at the tickleing, pushing her palms down against her fathers hands, doing her best to push him away. She didn't get far but it wasn't long before the look of being scared disapeared from her face, smiling once more, before clamping her gums down onto her teething ring once more - refusing to let it go this time.

William heard her words, tilting his chin down, closing his eyes once more - not that it made the difference he couldn't see anything with them opened or closed. Gulping slightly he knew exactly what she meant, he had never gotten hot flushes or felt like this before, he was feeling all these new feels yet he didn't know exactly what to feel anymore - was feeling like this right if he was still her best friend? Was this natural or what exactly was it, whatever it was he needed to speak to his dad once more, but strangly all he wanted was to have her close.

'i know what you mean..' he finally came out with, dragging her slightly closer, his warm palms still encased around her own. Breathing out a little long breath the warm air was seen as a cloud of white, the fallen keeping his smile, confused how it was now. Opening his eyes, he tried his best to picture her in his mind, picture her shining happy face over the sea of black that was all that fell before him at the moment. It didn't work for once, shrugging it off in his mind, she was still here even if he couldn't see her.
