((Moving back on subject, depressingly...))
I've recently...ah...'acquired' the core book for Vampire: the Requiem. Would anyone out there in TV land like to run a game? You can use my WoD book, or James' when it comes, if it's all right with him, and load this one off of the CD. I'm not gonna print it, but that's easy enough to do at school or whatever.
I would run it myself, but I'm having too much fun in Werewolf land right now. I'd really like it if someone would like to run Vampire, but that's 'cos the setting interests me, more than anything.
And Ghouls are pretty rad.

That's what I was thinking, but it will be his decision on it. I don't want ANYONE to pressure him into it. I think he'd do a bang-up job at it, but no-one likes being pressured like that. And it's not as likely that good stories will result from it.

Attention, Hunter people. I need to have a location of where your character lives. I don't need a specific address, or street name, but I need to know the general area, as well as if they live in a house, an apartment, ect. Who they live with and close friends are also good bits info I can use (and none of that 'my character is a loner and has no firneds' bull *looks to James*. The sooner you give me details, the better. Hopefully I'll have something worked out so that we can play in the coming weekend (this will of course include creating Penny's char and making her prologue if I can).

Remember, friends, Romans, and countrymen, creating Mary/Gary Sues is just bad roleplaying. Storyteller system is called that for a reason; it's not DnD. The entire purpose is tell a story. The better you define your character and the more effort you put into make him or her seem like a real person, the better off we all are.
On the character sheet, there's an expanded backgrounds section FOR A REASON. If your character has Allies or Contacts, write down who they are. If they have Resources and no foreseeable job, where did they come from? There's a whole list of questions in the Hunter book under character creation that you should be able to answer in regards to your PC. If you can't, you have a bad character.

Maybe I'll do vampire after I've read the book. I might get motivated once I know all the resources I have at my disposal.

After playing the PC game based off the old system, I have to say, and I think Matt can back me up here, that it's pretty schway. If you want me to, I could get you a copy next time you're over at my place.

Hey Pennykins...I still need your new Werewolf character description. Just like everything else, I need background, description, possessions, and all of that fun stuff.
