Next riddle will be hard. :B
In a basement, there are 3 switches in the off position. Each switch controls 1 of 3 light bulbs on the above floor. You may move any of the switches, but you can only go up the stairs once. How can you determine which switch controls which bulb? -

You turn on 2 light switches then go up and if none turn on, it's the one you not choose. If it does turn on then you're screwed..
You can get a friend to check then when they say it's on, then you go up to double check...
You stand near the stairs and see if anything turns on when you move a switche, if you think you see something, check if on, you right if not, you screwed..

- That's really close, Darkside.
The answer is:
You turn on one switch, wait 5 minutes or so, turn it off and turn on one other switch. Quickly run upstairs and touch both of the off bulbs. The light bulb that is warm is the one your turned on 5 minutes ago, the on bulb is the one you switched on, and the cold one is the one you left untouched. domokun
