I'm fairly new to the Rangers, but I joined simply because I LOVE Vic Mignogna. He's one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and does amazing voice work. His music is great too.

i'm new here, and to the rangers. a friend convinced me. personally, i like his voice, and he does a really good job with the roles he plays. i have not been to any conventions or expo's yet, though i'd like to, nor have i met him in person, but i hear he's pretty cool.

EnvysPride I just barely got in today. Yay. I joined because i love Full Metal Alchemist and Vic's work. I have yet to watch some more of the other anime's he has done. But i shall get around to it sooner or later. Same here. I first fell in love with Vic when I noticed his page had a fanbase ^_^ back in 2005-2006 was when I first started falling in love with Ed and his pain of losing a mother matched mine. About a week ago, I finally got up the courage to send him an email. He responded and it just helped me so much. He's such an inspiration to me through his work and his dedication to his fans.

I've been a ranger since Nov. 2008. When I joined, I was heavily debating on if I should be a risembool ranger or a part of the miniskirt army. However, I was sent A LOT of Vic's stuff over my email (something says my risembool friends at home sabotaged me....) and I realized that more than half of my favorite characters in English voice over anime was his voice. I then became a risembool and got to like him even more!

As of.. 4:01 pm today (Feb. 21), I've been a Ranger for 2 years! WOOT!! I joined because I loved Vic's voice and personality.. at this point in time, I've been to three conventions, and the first one I've ever been to was ConnectiCon '07 for my 14th birthday.. I met Vic on the Friday (my birthday.. Friday the 13th was the luckiest day of my life, go figure XD) and when I told him it was my birthday, he gave me a giant hug, then I told him I was a Ranger, and he hugged me again!! So that was a real plus XD

I became a ranger at some point in '07. and I joined because I am a major Vic Mignogna fangirl and I wanted to show my dedication to his awesomeness by joining the rangers. ^^

I'm pretty new. I joined Jan 2009 and learned about it not too long before hand...even though I had been on the site a one point before...
I joined because I learned that lots of my favourite anime characters were voiced by him, mainly because of Edward Elric.

I've been a Ranger since...about three days ago! I joined because I admire Vic's professionalism, patience, and talent. He's just so much cooler than a lot of VAs!!
Besides, I love the idea of taking down Travis and the MSA... >: D

ab a year and... i love how vic can keep God in his work no matter what he does... He has done a few things I disagree with but he's an awesome person any way you look at it

ORIGINALLY I joined so I could use Vic as the target for a practical joke I've been wanting to play for roughly 2 years now. In order for this to make any sense I need to provide a little background on myself. I'm In the United States Army, serving as an EOD tech. Explosive Ordnance Disposal, as in Bomb Squad for the Army. How it pertains to the jokes is thus; the joke revolves around me calling Vic while I'm "at work". Here's how it would look in a script:
Me in Korea with my speakers turned up, and a video of a 100 ton explosion going off set and ready to play. I call either Vic or a co-conspirator and try to chat with him.
Me: Hi! My name is (insert real name here) and I'm a fan of yours stationed in Seoul, Korea!
VIC: Wow! What do you do in Korea?!
Me: Im in the Army as an EOD tech, Basically the Armies version of bomb squad. I'm actualy calling from work, but my team leader said it would be ok.
(Insert me and vic talking for a bit)
Me: Hey, I've got to go do something real quick, I'll be right back. But before I go can you do me a favor and pick a color? Red or Blue?
Which ever Vic answers I say: Cool thanks, I'll be right back....
I set the phone down on my desk "walk away" and play that video of the explosion going off. Just as the frag starts hitting, I slam the phone shut quickly. And call back in like 5 minutes to fes-up.
What stopped me was the video of Vic receiving the original testimonial book for his B-day. The fact that the emotion was real and not faked just shocked the living daylights out of me. I just could not bring myself to do that to such a genuinely good person. He would have offed him self! I could not be apart of that. But that got me interested in his actual character, so I dug around on the net and got hooked on this multi-talented person.
So I joined to pull a vicious prank, but stayed because of the person. And as for the joke? I still want to pull it on someone...
Now if i can ever get a hold of Travis's (MSA guy) phone number it is so game on!^^

I joined in June of this year. As for why? Well I was a big FMA fan ever since the start, so at the second Ikkicon I went to the FMA panel (dressed a Toph from Avatar.) While there I saw what a great guy Vic was and really became a fan, especially after being taken from my parents, it was good to meet a guy who was so nice after having so many bad experiences with my dad. When I finally found the Ranger's site I joined up!
