3.14 Peppermint Elf Dr. Fomite For East Coasting...if anybody cares to be in the area of Washington D.C. in July, I'll be there. xd But unless my continuing ed conference for next year is out East, that's probably it for me.
Hee. It looks like there's a good chance I'll be meeting up with Kansai while I'm in D.C., anyway.
As for East Coast cons, there are quite a few. Anime Boston would probably be one of the biggest. There's also Animazement in NC.When is Anime Boston? April 20-22. Stream and I will likely be going, but not for the whole weekend, since we can't find anybody we like to share a room with us. So we were just going to commute to one of the T-Stations and take the T in. One of the stops is the Convention Center, so it works out well.

Actually...truth be told...I just really like traveling. crying If I had the money and time for it, I'd go on cross-country trips all the time. Or fly out to Japan and bug hila. ninja heart And England to listen to Tsu say things. Feel free to come bug me anyday! 3nodding heart As for meetings...I'm definitely going to try and make it to AX '08 if others will go. Depending on finances, I also might be able to make it out to Florida in the beginning of August this year (World Yo-Yo Contest, ftw.), but that isn't confirmed, considering I have to make it back from Japan with enough money left over to go. sweatdrop

I know that people are worried about money, but the first thing I wanted to do was hammer out a time and place. AX 08 sounds like a consensus so far...
So, if we've got that hammered out, let's start getting some numbers up. How much will people need, how much can others throw in....
After that, we'll start talking about Alternative methods of fundraising.
