I want to see everything in this forum happen.
But mostly:
-I want to see Romana kiss and/or slap the Doctor. (Any of them will do.)
-I want to see The Doctor go back for Captain Jack.
-I want to see the 4th Doctor get his scarf caught in an elevator.
-I want to see the Doctor make some video game/T.V/movie reference.
-I want what happened to the Doctor's hand. Maybe it can get it's own show, like Jack. Or maybe it can be The Thing from the Adam's family with it's own show.
-I want to see some, if not all (because some of them are dead) The Doctors meet. But the only reason they would do that was if the Master came back. We haven't seen the Master since the 5th Doc. Not that I liked the Master, but... my point was there somewhere.
-I want to see some snarkie, sacastic, indifferent companion. Someone along those lines. Or a talking wolf, or a parrot, or something.
-And more explosions would be cool.
And I want to own K-9, myself. Just cause.

Eirwyn lol if the message from the Head of Boe was "You are not alone", wouldn't THAT be a lovely result?
"Rani! You survived!" WHAM!! eek lol Heck yeah, now we're talking! That'd probably be traumatic enough to send the Doc into his 11th incarnation...

Maybe the Doctors suit should get dirty. And I mean, really dirty. Covered over in a sticky slime. So he has a reason to change suits.

Yes, but do that AFTER he goes to the red white & blue suit...so he can CHANGE BACK TO THE BROWN & PINSTRIPE!!

RTD to be in an episode in which he spontaniously conbusts or gets shot or something in the middle of a really good speech or when he saying something important mrgreen pirate ninja domokun

Eirwyn Yes, but do that AFTER he goes to the red white & blue suit...so he can CHANGE BACK TO THE BROWN & PINSTRIPE!! Maybe his suits should have a war. Which could be how the blue one becomes covered in slime. BROWN PINSTRIPE SUIT > BLUE PINSTIPE SUIT

Time_Traveler -I want to see the Doctor make some video game/T.V/movie reference. He has. In "the Christmas Invasion" he says "Mikey! AND Harriet Jones! Blimy! its like "this is your life"!" I didn't get the reference then, but it turns out that theres this show in England called "this is your life" Its a Biography show....Tom Baker was on it!

Hmm, I'm not sure about a dorky companion, I think he should have a companion that actually scares him. Or something like that. Someone a lot more hyperactive, insane, funny, and at least close to his level of intelligence.
I mean, think about it, with almost every companion (except a few) he's always the intelligent, crazy one. I think he should be out-crazed.

I wanna see him crash the TARDIS into a cliff.
I mean, actually crash it, actually into a cliff.
I also want to see him regenerate by being turned into a cyberman, then he regenerates and the yellow light comes out of the eyes and the joints in the rmour then it all flies off and kills the cybermen and breaks there machine and stuff...

I would like to see the Dr reunited with Susan, it would be really sweet and emotional and ahhh.
His hand wondering about like thing would be fun
The 4th's scarf getting caught in a lift would be hilarious!
and one of his companions should be an alien...cos there hasn't been one in a while

About the face of Boe..in the episode where their in satellite 5 (with Simon Pegg YEY) we hear that the face of boe is pregnant (he's just a head, what?) but then in another episode after that they say that he is the only one of his kind left bad continuity or what?

Well, the Doctor does travel through time. Perhaps he is the only one of his kind, then suddenly he's pregnant. Also, remember that ridiculous rumours still exist in the future.
