Ok, the choosing people is harder then i thought... So we can do it a few ways, and since some people we want to do the job, might not be on much (key factor), or they might just not want the job... So, not sure what to do about that... Maybe take a list of 10 of the mods, and rank each one, 1-10, 1 being lowest, 10 being highest. And whoever gets the highest scores will be put on the council, if they want to be that is...

Okay, so what you're proposing is a group of higher-ups be made into a sort of "council" together?
Sounds good, I guess.. We need mod's who can analyze the situation, debate the terms of punishment, or if they should even be banned, and they have to have been her for a long time.. Also, they should, obviously, be active on almost a daily basis, otherwise it's kind of pointless.. sumi, queen, and puzzles. 3nodding *Smacks*Queen is Puzzles you mean Anime you twit and I think thats to little of a counsil. Its to femal too. Men may feel demoted. Not me but some might. GAH! gonk *leeches onto anime again* im sorry. i meant anime. emo lets see, theres a total of about 7 significant males here... -me: too argumentative -you: too argumentative -syko: too argumentative -blizz: not on enough -rouge: apparently too soft >.> -gler: not on enough/ not oppinionated enough (maybe? could be making that up) -walk: walk who? >.>

If you all think we're in the middle of the spectrum, not too nice or too mean, then it'd be fine to create the council without a "mean" person. Oh, oh! Can i be the mean person?? Please!!! I can even it out! xd

Puzzles isn't on enough at all anymore.. That being said, her opinion could be swayed simply by the one who presents a better arguement..
And I'm with Choppers in saying that 3 isn't enough. neutral

Only politicians who's job is to make decisions and debate, are all arguementative?
It's not much of a "council" if no-one is willing to argue a point..

Ah. Wish Sumi were here.
So.. I also believe Puzzles isn't on enough. This guild probably isn't significant enough..! :tear:
I'm sure the genders of the council won't be a problem. The arguments will be good enough to not get a gender bias. xD
Uhm. As for numbers in council.. I think it'd matter on the argument.

Tell me the reason why you think there needs to be more then 3, Syko? I just think 3 is very solid number. With too many people, there will be too many ideas and contradictions.
