How about "Naked Lunch?" Also, read the excellant experimental novel by William S. Burroughs, although the two have little to do with one another.
I'm surprised no one has brought up any of the many anime titles with homosexual characters...or did I just miss it?
And what about "The Rocky Horror Picture Show?" It doesn't get any gayer than that!

What about Alexander (bi, rated R)? I mean, him and Hephaistion, him and Bagoas...
Also, though it's not exactly gay, movies like Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back? What about Chasing Amy?

Jay and silent bob? Not so much.
There's another really good one called 'Edge of Seventeen', about a gay kid coming of age in the 80's.
Doesn't hurt that he's yummy, either.

ive seen a really great chinese movie called Farewell my Concubine, its a gay movie. Its so beautiful, you should all see it!

There's a Taiwanese movie called "Blue Gate Crossing" ("Lan Se Da Men" in accent-less pinyin) that I think falls into this category.
Blue Gate Crossing is a drama and centers around the high school girl Meng Kerou, her best friend Lin Yuezhen, and a boy named Zhang Shihao. Basically, Kerou's friend Yuezhen has a crush on the boy, and she convinces Kerou to act as a go-between for them. However, Shihao ends up thinking that Kerou is the one who likes him, and he likes her. Kerou is actually in love with her friend Yuezhen. The movie deals mostly with Kerou and how she deals with her homosexuality.
I liked this film a lot, I thought it was done very softly, and it's pretty cute. Definitely emotional, and it's a good watch. I actually own the DVD for it in Chinese with English or Chinese subtitles, I got it at blockbuster. 3nodding

Some told me about blue citrus hearts...its about two gay teenagers... http://www.filethirteen.com/reviews/bchearts/bchearts.htmThats a sight that kind of gives you the idea of what the movie is about. I have yet to watch it but everyone I talk to who has seen it says it was awesome. Has anyone seen it?

Beautiful Thing -- a story about to boys finding out about being gay. Everyone should really see it, it's totally lovely. In & Out -- Kevin Kline and Tom Selleck in a great movie about late finding out about being gay. It really got me shocked back when I saw it, because I was more or less in the same situation back then like Kevin, and had a breakdown after the movie.... crying

i never knew they had l/b/g movies.. wow.. im getting slower by the day. can someone name a few? oh yes! and i read this bi/gay book called " LUCKY" by Eddie de oliveria. please check it out. especially if ur a guy confused about your sexuality.
