Chapter 31
The spinning seemed to last for an eternity until they finally slammed to a sudden stop. The impact sent everyone flying to the opposite side of the bus where they had all began and a soft hissing filled the air. Everything was silent for a few moments and then someone moaned. Then someone else and then another until groaning filled the bus. “I think I broke my neck!” Bon said as she lied awkwardly over the table. “You wouldn’t be talking if you broke your neck.” Eric moaned as she flipped the overturned chair off herself and stood. “Oh my back!” Kip painfully groaned as she slid off the back of the passenger side chair that she had bent backwards over. “Is everyone else ok?” She said though grit teeth. “I’m fine.” Jun said, a drunken smile on his face. “I’m good. My safety restrain did a fine job!” He said with a dizzy slur in his voice. “The air cushions worked like a dream.” Kip gave Jun funny look and arched a hurt eyebrow. “Er… Jun, the air cushions didn’t go off at all.” She said. “Good old technology!” He said patting the wheel affectionately. The air cushions exploded at that moment, slamming Jun in the face with a large white cushion of air and then just as quickly deflated. Jun stared up at kip seemingly drunk. “There we go.” He said dreamily. Gabriel groaned from somewhere in the middle of the bus. “I don’t think it was all that bad. I’m ok.” She said. “That’s because I broke your fall.” Leo’s muffled voice said from somewhere. “Now would you get off me.” Gabriel pushes herself onto her elbows and found herself face to very angry face with Leo who’s eyes flashed silver fire. “Look who’s the pervert now. I thought you were going to suffocate me with your breasts.” Leo said never flinching as Gabriel first looked stunned and then growled with pure fury. “If you don’t mind, I’m tired of your boobs pushed into my face. Get off.” Gabriel reached back and slammed Leo in the face with a fist and pushed herself up into her knees. “Stupid pervert!” She screamed as Leo’s head bounced off the floor. As Gabriel stormed away Leo slowly sat up holding her bloody nose. “Yes, that was really mature Gabriel.” Leo said her voice sounding strange though a broken nose. "You asked for it pervert!" Gabriel hissed shaking her fist at Leo. "I'm not the one with homosexual emotions!" Leo shot back angrily. "Can you two stop fighting of one whole minute!?" Kip yelled above both of them. "If you hadn't noised we just crashed in the middle of god knows where!" "And?" Eric said confused. "Are we really in a town called god knows where?" Bon asked excited. "It's a figure of speech Bon." Kip sighed. "And it means we need to get the bus fixed or get to a town before it gets dark." "I can take a look," Jun said as he rose from the driver's seat, no longer dizzy drunk. "But it sounded pretty bad. We may need to get towed to a shop." "Well, " Leo said emerging from the back pulling on her boots. "Lets go take a look."
"It's bad." Jun said from under the bus. "Something completely short circuited almost everything under here." Leo leaned against the bus, the collar of her trenchcoat pulled up against the bitter wind that had begun to blow though the little valley they had crashed in. The bus had spun for quite awhile along an ice covered back road before it had slammed into a snow bank where they where now stuck knee deep in snow. "Can you fix it?" She asked as Jun rolled himself out from under the bus and sat up. "I can, but not here with the traveling tools I have. I need a garage to fix all the damage." "Damn it." Leo growled as she narrowed her eyes. "Hand me that rag please." Jun asked. "Where is everyone else?" Leo tossed him the rag sitting on his toolbox and shrugged as he caught it. "Kip took Bon to play in the snow and Gabriel and Eric are huddled together for warmth in the bus next to the heater and far as I know Bambi and Isi are still asleep." "That's good." Jun said with a smile as he wiped his hands on the rag. "Maybe she won't wake up until I get her bus fixed." "I wouldn't count on it." Leo said staring into the sky. "I think I heard her just wake up."

chapter 32
Almost instantly running foot falls sounded from inside the bus and Leo grabbed the back of Jun's jacket and jerked him away just as the door to the bus slammed open where his head would have been only a second ago. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY BABY?!" Bambi screamed making birds take flight. "Suger pie!" Jun stammered as Leo let him go and backed away, clearly not wanting to interfere. "Your up." Pure fury poured from Bambi as she stomped towards Jun and she nearly breathed fire and glared death his way. "I leave you to take care of my baby for a few short hours while I got some sleep that YOU told me to get and you PROMISED that everything would be fine and then you go a wreck her?!" "No! Of course not! I didn't wreck her at all! She's perfectly fine, just the hover pads are a little banged up and the..." He stared but Bambi cut across his sentence. "How can I trust you? I can't believe you would do something like this?! Is this how your going to treat our child?!" "WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH!" Jun shouted above her as he franticly waved his hands. "What are you talking about?! Are you...?” Bambi reached over and slapped his face leaving a large red handprint on his cheek. "Of course I'm not! I'm just saying when we have a child is this how your going to treat him or her?!" "Don't scare me like that!" He shouted, holding both his cheek and his heart. "You nearly killed me!" “Well it’s what you deserve after you treated my baby so bad! I want a devoice!” Bambi screamed at him. “Now now,” Jun said in a clam voice. “I know you don’t mean that… your upset. But I promise…” “Your promises mean nothing!” “Come on suger! This was an accident! Tell her Leo!” Jun turned around and looked at Leo, his eyes pleading with her to say something to get him off the hook and possibly save his marriage. Leo was about to say something in his defense but when she looked up at Bambi the look in her eyes scared the living daylights out of her. Bambi glared death at Leo now, putting her on the same level as Jun himself if she so much as spoke one word. Leo’s eyes widen with fear and she pointed an accusing finger at Jun. “He was driving!” She said. “LEO!” Jun shouted. “Your on your own!” Leo said. “Hell hath no fury like Bambi’s wrath!” "Ohhhh!" Came Bon's voice. "Somebody’s having trouble in paradise!" Leo nearly sighed with relief as Bon and Kip came into view down the road. Bon's face with pink from the sun and snow but her sprits were as bright as ever, she sprinted the rest of the way between them and leapt into Bambi's arms. "Never ever ever ever let Jun drive again! He's scary and nearly killed us!" She wailed. "Don't worry Bon." Bambi sighed as she patted the top of Bon's head. "Jun will never be driving again!" She finished with a venom filled glare at Jun. "How was your walk Kip?" Leo asked as the blonde finally arrived. Kip smiled oddly and ignored Leo's question. "Bon, why don't you go inside and tell Eric, Gabe, and Isi about your little adventure?" "Ok!" Bon shouted as she jumped up the stairs into the bus. "Guys guess what!" Kip shut the door behind Bon and turned to the other three who looked at her funny. "We were set up." She said quietly.
