Noticing Vibes sitting in the chair, Inky pondered whether she should go over or not. Deciding she had nothing to lose, she moved over to be near Vibes's chair.
"Everything alright?"

"Yeah... kinda... crowds make me nervous." She wrung her hands. "I didn't really wanna stay at the ball... so I came here."

"Ah... Yeah, I can understand that," a slight smile tinged her lips, "I'm not too much of a social butterfly when it comes down to it. I'd much rather tend to the table than be there. Besides, I'd probably bring the mood down."
Letting out a shrug, Inky speared a piece of cantaloupe with her fork, popping it into her mouth.

She blinked, tilting her head to the side. "I 'unno Inky; everyone loves you. They'd probably feel bad you weren't there." She pouted slightly. "But still; if it makes you uncomfortable, it's your choice completely."

Hearing Vibes's words, Inky blushed a light pink. "Everbody loves me? Ah, I dunno about that..." Clearing her throat slightly, she shrugged. "I'll probably head over later. For now I'm content with staying here."

"Aww... Alright Neg. Well, at least you'll be here for a little while, right~?" Grinning slightly, another piece of cantaloupe was speared by Inky's fork. "At least you're not going to miss it entirely..." Popping the cantaloupe into her mouth, Inky seemed to look thoughtful.

After finishing her piece of cantaloupe, Inky abruptly moved away from the table.
"I think... It's about time I headed for the dance floor. I think I'll see who's there. I'll come back later."
And with that, she left.
