The rogue grinned, slithering silently down the vines behind Zuko. He whispered in the exiled Prince's good ear, his breath just barely blowing across it. "Why should I, hm?" He then shot straight back up the vines and disappeared behind the leaves, finding a new hiding spot. This game was already turning out to be fun!

Zuko had gasped when the stranger had wispered in his ear, he then turned fast again, but aperantly not fast enough to see the stranger. "Stop hiding and show yourself!" he growled as he searched with it eyes for the stranger. ((Sorry, but I hate spelling...))

A gentle finger ghosted along Zuko's jawline, its owner hanging from a vine behind the prince again. "I'm not hiding, Zuko. You just can't see me." ^^ Up the vine he went slinking along branches behind a leaf-screen. This game was great fun! ^^

Zuko growled as he turned again. He didn't know why he had shivered at the touch of a stranger. "Oh? If I can see you then you must be hidding!" he growled out. ((lol))

A quiet chuckle sounded to Zuko's right. "You're just not looking hard enough, my prince..." Electric blue eyes opened and caught Zuko's, their owner suddenly becoming visible. His bronzed skin and faded clothing made him blend incredibly well into his surroundings, seeming almost to meld into the tree he was leaning against.

Zuko frowned in anoynce(sp? twitch). "I wouldn't have to look if you had just minded your own bisnes(sp?)!" he growled. ((CURSE YOU SPELLING!!!! sweatdrop sorry lol))

The rogue sighed lightly, running a hand through long ebony locks. Stepping away from the tree, a faintly predatory gleam appeared in his eyes. "But you see, it is my business. This is my island..." He was taking slow steps toward Zuko, holding the prince's gaze with his own; his movements and the sound of his voice, coupled with his unusual eyes, had a hypnotic effect on most humans. It was rather like a serpent with its prey.

Zuko froze and gulped. "I don't see you name on it." he said, a thred of nervusness(I give up lol) in his voice.

A tiny smirk appeared on the rogue's lips. "Actually, it does have my name on it... They call this place 'Angel's Isle' for a reason. Specifically, me." He was now only about six inches from Zuko; he slid two fingers under the prince's chin and gently tilted his face upward a tiny bit. "You look younger than I thought you would, prince..."

The rogue smirked. "Older than me, I'd have thought. I'm sixteen... My name means 'evil angel,' thus why people generally avoid this particular island..." His hand slipped closer to Zuko's scarred cheek, running his thumb along the scarred flesh beneath his prince's eye. Never had he been quite this bold before... He couldn't quite figure out why he was doing this, but it felt strangely right.

Zuko sucked in his breath and stopped the hand with his own. "I'm sixteen, don't know what you were expecting though." he said glaring.

The rogue chuckled, not the tiniest bit perturbed by the glare. "Quite honestly, I'd expected you to be horribly disfigured by that scar. Clearly, the rumor mill was working overtime and blew everything way out of proportion. It's really not that bad..." He leaned in a little closer, to the point where there was barely an inch between their noses. "In fact, I think you're still pretty cute." ^^

The rogue smirked, amusement sparking in his eyes as his free hand slid a finger along Zuko's jawline to his chin and tilted the prince's head upward slightly. "Yes, you are, my dear prince. Especially when you blush like that." His eyes were half-lidded, the serpents' stare going nearly full-force at this point.
