I think Sasuke gets his pretty looks from Mikoto. Itachi inherited the eye-wrinkles from his father (though, they're far from a flaw).
As for the tall gene, that's anyone's guess. >>

Hm. He grew a LOT since his 12/13 year old days.. But another reason why I think he's so tall is because of Masashi's new style.. It's somewhat different.. Well maybe he just drew him taller to show the significance of his growth...?? Erm..xP Naruto looks pretty big too, and Sakura..

I was looking at that picture wherein posttimeskip!Naruto's height is being compared to pretimeskip!Naruto's height. I'm willing to bet that Sasuke probably grew that much too.
Sakura's being left behind in terms of height. Awww. It's funny how guys grow so fast even though girls grow taller first.
