Sapphire smiled as they finally reached a small spring. With a happy sigh she waded into the water and buried her head under the water, shaking it to rid her fur of the mud before flicking her head back up again. "ahhh... Much better! She looked over at Kai and smiled.

Kai quickly went into the water and scrubbed most of the mud out. He shook himself a little as he felt a tingle go up his spine.

Sapphire finished washing herself and looked over at Kai with a smile. She was lucky to have met such a sweet and kind Ulaya like him.... She splashed him with water and grinned. "Gotcha.."

Kai eyes widen as he got splashed with water. "Hey..." he replied with a chuckle. "Now it's your turn." He splashed Sapphire.

Sapphire squealed as the water hit her. "Hey! I only splashed you a little!" She laughed and dived at Kai, knocking him into the water.

Kai chuckled as she got hit with water. He yelped as he got knocked underwater.

Sapphire laughed and fell back, clutching her stomach and giggling. "I win!" She grinned and stuck her tongue out at Kai.

Kai poked his head back up from under the water and sighed. "I guess you did." he replied with a grin. "This time, at least."

Sapphire smirked a little and jumped back to her feet before prodding Kai's nose. "Yeah, well... we're all clean now... we should head back out on that walh, huh?"

"Alright." Kai replied. "Ladies first." He waited for Sapphire to get out first and then he would slowly follow after.

Sapphire got up and padded out of the pond, shaking herself down and looking back at Kai with a smile. Despite getting so dirty, she was having a lot of fun today...

Kai grinned and followed Sappire out the water. He walked a few feet away from her and shook himself dry. 'Don't want to get ladies wet..' he thought. He quickly joined her.

Smiling, Sapphire turned and looked up at the trees. The sun peeked through here and there, making the forest shine slightly. Sapphire took a deep breath and turned to Kai. "Where now?"

"Why don't you pick." Kai replied. "I'll just follow from behind." He figured it would be easier that way so he could for any possible danger that may pop up from behind.
