The shifter sighed dreamily, all of those fond memories flooding back to her, thanks to the soft, whispering wind. It was amazing how all of these love-filled memories they both shared led to the growth of the life within her. Or....beside...her? Enoh was dragged back to reality upon hearing a deep, but surprisingly soft voice beside her. Startling a bit, she spun around to face whoever it was beside her, as famillar as the voice was....one hand protectively on her belly.

Her ears flicked in annoyance though, as her eyes refused to focus on the being now infront of her...it was the setting sun! It was messing up her vision. When the last rays left though, she was left staring at a much bigger version of the constantly naked boy she knew before.

"A...Asra...?" She questioned in disbelief, suddenly looking like she was about to cry. With tears welling up in her crimson eyes, she reached out and pulled the teen against her in a hug, regardless of her stomach getting in the way. "Oh Asra...Its so good to see you again! We missed you so much....!" She completely overlooked the fact that he was suddenly taller, but such was her excitement of even seeing him again. Sniffling, she gave him one final hug before letting go, rubbing the tears from her eyes. "C'mon...lets go home now...Ni--Uh, Your Father...has been worried sick...! He'll definately be so happy to see you again!" Well, so would the rest of the family...but Nio was the one who'd taken the disappearance the absolute hardest.

Enoh waved her hand dismissively when she saw him pout, knowing full well he felt guilty for making her cry. She didn't really mean to cry of course, those were her hormones making her emotions go through the roof! She was, however, very happy to see him again.

And he was most definately right about the hair thing. When she left the house, it'd been hip-length, electric purple hair...and by the time Asra found her, her hair had slowly shifted to be slightly wavy, elbow-length and platinum blonde.

She couldn't help the soft giggle as his small gasp, lightly running her hand across her stomach. "Yep...You're going to have another brother or sister soon!" Enoh's voice was soft, but so full of pride and joy that her words were practically dripping with it. "...But I don't really think now's the time to talk about it...Its getting cold and its already darker out...and I'm pretty sure your Father's going to positively go insane if I don't get home soon..." She mused, feeling very much like a teenager thats been out past her curfew.

"So, whaddya say we go home together, hm?" She reached out, absently grabbing his hand as she then headed back towards home, taking with her someone who would most definately have the house stirring with glee once more.

Home. He was home again. It felt like he'd been gone for years. He clung to the rainbow brite bedsheets and nuzzled his face into them, sighing softly.

He was so exhausted after spending the day catching up with his entire family.. but he couldn't sleep. His mind wouldn't stop thinking, churning out memories and worries about details to come.

And there was the small detail that he could still feel them inside of him, carefully protected and patiently waiting. He shuddered and turned over, smashing his face into the bright blue pillow. Behind closed eyelids, his mind would not let him rest.

Elle. Lillian. Elle. Lillian. Their faces flashed like a kaleidoscope, urgent and beckoning. How was he supposed to sleep when these darn things kept reminding him of his new goal? He grunted in annoyance, throwing the covers off of his nude body and sitting up groggily. He rubbed his face with his hands, before pulling them away and looking down at their warm, dark texture.

Would they ever let him sleep again?

He pressed his hands against his stomach, and a faint glow enveloped his abdomen. As his hands pulled away, a bright, colorful bubble sprung from his skin, following his hands as they moved away. He turned his hands upward and held the orb in them, bringing it up to his eyes.



There, within the glowing, sparkling orb, he saw his destiny reflected in his eyes once more.

The Wish Maker. The puppet of the harbinger. The toychest for the hands of fate.

He let out a soft breath of a whine, and whispered to no one in particular. "You're so meaaan.."

Another quiet night. It had been a peaceful two weeks, spotted with days and nights that he couldn't get out of his mind, for completely different reasons. Asrafel lay awake on his bed, with his hands behind his head, staring up at the ceiling.

It was so quiet. He supposed he should just be glad it wasn't raining, because rain meant thunder. Still, the silence was unnerving.

And now that he thought of thunder, he realized that perhaps it was too quiet because he hadn't seen Lillian in days. Was she avoiding him?

Oh, wonderful. Now he had something else to keep him up thinking about all night.

Begrudgingly he pushed himself up to a seated position, just as a little kiss of light sparkled from his chest. He didn't notice it at first, being that it was on his chest, but he felt something akin to heartburn, and rubbed at the spot subconsciously.

"Nyeh.. darn Mexican food.." He grumbled to himself quietly, but the heartburn wouldn't last for long. Suddenly his hand clenched on his chest, gripping at his skin as an unbearable pain tore through him. He let out a strangled cry, and fell onto his back once more, his body contorted upward in agony. He couldn't scream, he could barely see, but it felt like something was ripping his heart out of his body.

Instead of his heart, however, a dark and sinister looking orb exited his chest cavity, and hovered above him for a moment. He barely managed to get a glimpse of the dark orb with a familiar set of spiky wings, before it popped out of existence and the pain finally subsided from Asrafel's body. He slumped back down onto the bed, his eyes fluttering closed in blissful unconscious.

Well, he did want a way to get to sleep..
