Yua shook out his fur while his companion considered his question, it sticking up at an odd angle when he stopped to listen to Tailsin's inquiry in turn. Weeeelll.
"Depends on how quickly we moved. There's a good chance I could get you home late tonight or early tomorrow morning.." He yawned a bit. If I can focus! The last thing he needed to do was fall asleep while walking her home.
"Either way, I'll have you home within the next day or so."
It made him shiver to realize that the place he'd left in a fervent rage was so CLOSE to him now. Brr.
"So it's up to you."

Tailsin listened and as he spoke she smiled.
"Can we continue going then? Afterwards you can just collapse and rest for a bit as well!" She was nearly home!
She jumped out the water with a large smile on her face. She looked in a random direction as she didn't know what one they would be heading in, "Mother, father, I am nearly home at long last!" She was one very happy lioness.

Was his exhaustion -that- obvious? He blushed a bit under his fur at how she pointed out that he could sleep once he got her home or at least as far as he could before the sun went down.
Then again, that seemed to be what he did anyways.
Shaking his paws out as he too stepped out of the water, he watched as she looked in different directions, before nodding his head towards the trees she'd ran towards in their 'game'. "That way." he whispered, before he started to walk towards them.
"So what was your family like?" he inquired.

She smiled as he got out the water.
"Oh my family is wonderful! Mother and father love each other so much and then there is my brother, we use to play loads when we were younger! I miss him but I get to see him again soon thanks to you!" She smiled, "Thank you so much for doing this!"
She took some time thinking for a while and then turned to Yua, "Where are you going to go after you have taken me home?" She was curious, maybe a little more then she should be sometimes.

Yua smiled as she spoke of her family with such fondness. He couldn't recall such wonderful times himself anymore. In fact, he could hardly remember what his family looked like at times. Wiza was the only one whom stuck out in his mind.
And she stuck out like a hard omen.
His expression was a bit puzzled when she inquired of his future plans, and the boy had to consider this for a time. ".. Well.. I'm not sure. I've never really had any idea of what I was going to do with myself. Clairvoyancey is a gift I am not blessed with. So.. I guess I'll just resume my aimless travels again. Try to find my niche in the world."

Tailsin listened to what he said and though she didn't understand a few words she nodded. She was still far too excited to think of much as she was about to get home, she was going to be at home so soon!

He didn't expect it to make sense in the least, though. So the fact she understood anything was a bit of a surprise to him.
Tailsin's excitement was so powerful, Yua himself was starting to feel it, which he simply smiled at. She was like a kid being given a present. Then again.. he was like that too at times.
"So when you get home.. are you going to run to find your family and mob them with attention?" he inquired curiously, head tilting to the side to look to her. It was a stupid question. Of -course- she would.
He wouldn't, though.

Tailsin laughed, "I expect so though they will have to recognize me first... its the only thing I am worried about. Will they remember me?" It wasn't a question she was expecting an answer to, she would just have to wait and see.
The thought was lingering in her thoughts more now then it had been before. Oh she hoped she would find them and they would all be a happy family again!

"All good parents will recognize their little ones.." Yua assured, smiling a bit. The keyword was 'good'. But if her family was as wonderful as she boasted, that wouldn't be a problem. And he had confidence in that idea.
Yua looked over to her as she thought to herself and said nothing, instead allowing himself to get lost in his own mind as the pair walked along at the less stressing pace than the running game of earlier had fed to them. His body was still yelling at him for getting landed on (but only because he was a little weakling! ) during the running session.
But whatever.
He tilted his head back to look at the position of the sun with great consideration, pondering over everything for a while.
They still had a good amount of time before sundown. Perhaps he actually COULD get her home tonight.

Tailsin nodded, he had to be right!
They continued to walk and realised that this was a slow pace and a rather boring one at that, they were running out of things to say!
"We could always race to different places if you wanted to?" She could hope that he would agree to it after all things were starting to get boring!

Yua sighed a bit at the suggestion of having a race. He didn't -want- to run, just to be bluntly honest. Racing was overrated anyways.
But.. he could always do his best to at least humor her.
"Alright." he agreed hesitantly. "A race it is. From where to where?" the shaman inquired innocently, quirking an eyebrow. If they raced everywhere when they weren't tired, it would actually, possibly, cut down the travel time.
Why was he thinking of everything as additions to the ultimate goal?
Man, now that he considered it... his brain was BORING.

She smiled and looked around, "You can decide, you know what way we are going!"
She wanted to hurry the journey up which is one reason she asked to race, the other reason was that she was getting bored but really the sooner she got home the happier she would be!

Yua laughed a bit, shrugging. It was -his- choice? Well then...
He thought for quite a long time while the pair walked, trying to decide on the two 'posts' of racing for them to run between (or for him to burn out and die between... either or.. ) for a race.
Finally, he stopped walking.
"Alright!" he announced, seeming to have decided on where they were going to race to and from.
"It starts here, and goes over to there...." he lifted a paw to point towards a group of trees off ahead of them to their right. "Alright?"

She listened and looked, she was tired as well so maybe it would be a race to see who can collapse and die first!
"Ok, first there wins I guess!" She chuckled expecting to collapse in a heap less then half way there, either way this might make the trip a little quicker. She wanted to get home so badly.

Yua grinned. "Then it's on.." he agreed, shifting his weight to crouch into the grass. He wasn't the greatest of hunters.. but Yua was at LEAST good enough of a hunter to have taken care of himself for such a long time. So running was something he was used to under the right circumstances.
He waited until Tailsin was ready as well before he started the race count-off.
"Ready........
set......
GO!" he yelled, then bursted off into a running start, laughing a bit.
