saints_pain0 basicly after college we turn into more adult versions such as the indie art student, the pro gamer, the game addict, the graphic artis, the photographer..... thats they way it is we evolve and just faze into a more adult version. That and we will probably allow are children more self expression Indie art student? Have you been to college? Most indie art students get the crap kicked out of them, by real art students. Also most art students are game addicts and graphic artists and photographers... call me crazy but it could've just been my course.

I'll have an emo fringe and I'll paint my nails,
I'll put on eyeliner and cut my wrists.
I'll still listen to hradcore, grindcore, and screamo.

We got another 1000years at least, besides even if its knocked down to 100, I don't plan on living that long.... Intuicide It doesn't work that way. Emo is a phase. Kids dress however the hell they want, until college. In college, they tend to dress a little more... let's say professional. By the time they're out of college, all they wear is their work uniform or jeans & a t-shirt. I never wanna go to college then gonk Kidding lol

normal Bali-Lali [BIZENGHAST] i know this is really stupid but still. you know, how, we dont see old people walking around being emo and all, so i was wondering what you all would say about that. we're teens and all and we can be emo but like really, what would happen when we all get older? would we stop or what? just wondering. The other day my Dad was talking to me about when he was a teenager. He was a punk. A real one. He had a mohican, army pants with rips in them, safety pins dangling from his ears. Listening to the Sex Pistols, The Clash, stuff like that. The lot. That must of been about 30 years ago. Now he's more normal. Well not normal, but he's much more plain. I guess it's just a faze. Emo will probably be the same.

to me emo is not a phase itz a way of life, i'm only 12 so i'm gonna be emo for a long time, but i might be emo until i'm like 25 but probly not beyond that

Well, that's up to some people, some just 'grow out' of being 'emo' and some 'grow up'.
We can't all be the same forever, like you said, how many emo grandparents are walking around?
We have to set examples for future kids and things.
It's basically a choice.
Because, what if your emo, and you child wants to be preppy?
Are you going to forbid it?
It's their choice isn't it?
