Being smarted then the avenge bear and knowing he wanted to stop Jacob attacks he easliy moved graped the chair that was left in the ring and went for a downward smash to his head.

Hitogoroshi rolled sideways to escape the incoming chair.
In one fluid motion, he swung his body around and made an effort to forcefully kick the chair into Jacob's face.

Jacob swings the chair down so it would hit the top of his leg stopping the kick from going on.

And you've already missed the downswing. Are you trying to tell me that immediately after missing the downswing, thus connecting with the mat, Jacob is quick enough to raise the chair up and swing it back down, BEFORE Hito can begin the kick maneuver he started after rolling out of the way?

Jacob was rolled up but kicked out at the last second because of the tights.

(Ever seen someone swing a chair and hit the mat? It generally ricochets back up a bit. That would be where the kick would have sent it into your face.
It's a little bloody late for physics, though, isn't it? Do you even WATCH wrestling?)
Hitogoroshi rolled past Jacob and grabbed the chair, then swung around for his head as hard as possible, intending to knock him unconscious.

Jacob tryed to move but caught some of the chair and fell out of the ring under the second rope.

Hitogoroshi steeled his grip on the chair, as he moved between the ropes to stand on the apron.
When Jacob rose and tried to re-enter the ring, he would get a chair overhead, driving his head into the apron. His goal was, of course, to draw blood.

Jacob saw him and graped a chair and swung it at his legs.

Hitogoroshi saw the swing coming and leaped to avoid it. He then used his momentum to come down on the arena floor with his attempted chairshot to Jacob.

Jacob brought up his chair and swung so if his chair hit one chair would him him and the other would hit Hitogoroshi.
