Lavi is without doubt my favorite exorcist , kanda and allen are ties for second favourite and i dont like lenalee 3nodding

neutral I'm torn between Kanda, Allen, and Lenalee. During Kanda's xp heart (admit it Kanda and Lavi are HOT and im not talking yaoi here) 4laugh battle with Skinn Bolic, you could see that he has improved a lot and was powerful enough to defeat him. 3nodding Allen's (not so) new and improved innocence has shown to be very promising. whee And Lenalee's innocence we don't see a lot although she and Allen were able to defeat a level 4 akuma and she didn't need any special tricks.

I think they are all amazing and it depends on when in the series you are asking. Crown Clown is probably the best... ever because he just is. Lavi is a close second. If you want to go by what the anime says, Allen is going to turn out to be the best.
