Jhaccara stood near the front, when a odd odor struck her nose. It was not the Draconian, and it was not Christophers Drake, no this one lingered with a new scent. She turned to look what had gotten her attention, and there she saw another Dragon. A miniture dragon. Rare upon itself, for she had not seen one in many years.
As Jhaccara stared on, she took note of the Elven woman that stood, no doubt the owner of the dragon. Much to her surprise, the woman began to almost swoon, then suprrisingly she fell to the floor. A growl almost escaped Jhaccara's lips, as she began to quickly move towards the back of the room with due haste. With the crowd present, this woudl for the most part be unnoticed, or so she hoped.
Once she reached the back of the room, she shooed the dragon, and fairies out of the way. Any reaction back from them resulted in Jhaccara growling at them, and her eyes glowing yellow.
Jhaccara checked the woman out to make sure she was still alive, and found that she was. Spells were casted, and soon the curse had finally been detected.
"Foolish Elf, one should watch what they touch."
Jhaccara shook her head, and began reciting a very old and ancient spell. Not many knew of it, well save two men in the room. From which, she and the King had learned it from the third man. It was a fortunate deal as the magics she wielded descended and neutralized the curse within her.
Jhaccara kneeled next to her waiting for her eyes to open. There was a slight grin, as she shook her head a little.
"Now is not the best time to be fainting, now is the time for listening, and deciding where you stand."

waking to the sight of a woman armored in dark steel she quicky sat up. "im sorry" she wispered. chcking her hand she finds the spell had been cast out and no longer showed any mark of a wound. gathering her pets she looks back to the kind young woman who helped her "curses were never my speciality..." she wispers with a grin "thankyou" she picks up her staff and sends her fairies off to despose of the blood soaked cloth.

"Your a Healer? The King needs Healers. You should go up there, and state your intent. The King is against the War, and a good man. If your smart you will bend knee and swear fealty to him."
Jhaccara stared on at the woman.

Walking up to the front of the congregation, the elf priestess beholds a man sitting on a throne of power. "Greetings milord" kneeling out of respect she continues. "I am rose, the elf priestess of the winter flower. I come here as an advocate of peace, to bridge the gap of men and elf kind. My healing and heavens magic is yours to wield." Upon the end of her speech her fairies return to her after running there errand she sent them on only moments ago. Using her staff to get back to her feet, she graciously awaits a response from her host.

Getting up with much more grace, but still not much, then most people might exspect Vivi walked to the back of the room. It wasn't in her to watch, normally she hated being behind the side lines.
But now she thought it would be wise. Not to mention, Vivi didn't want to make the same mistake that so many of the others had made. In court, politics were key, and even though she adored politics, one fluke here could mean your head.
It was a humbling experiance to be sure.
A flush went across her face. A thought just occured to her: So many people had skills that would be useful to the King, what did she have to offer that was so great?
Sure, the pranks on enemy forces would probably make her commrades laugh and would keep her from turing her tactics on her own, but what help would they really be?
Her magic was unique. Perhaps too unique.
Vivi forced herself to smile and to stick her head up. Unique ment different and different ment many things.
So she listened in on the conversations and was overjoyed to see a healer. Maybe they weren't alike in most ways, but there weren't very many healers around.
She turned her head to have a closer hear.
(( Okay, I appoligize if none of that made sense. ))

Kat took note of the healer, and noticed that she was a fellow Knight, though she didn't openly wear her colors or her knight hood. She also knew the elf girl was one of Lady Gwyns favorites. A jellous surge went throgh her body. She would be watching the healer very closely.

fealing a variaty of emotions in the room the elf girl steps down and makes her way to the back of the room. Fealing kind of overwhelmed by the level of hatred directed at her she steps back to the point were she passed out and stands awaiting the king's next speach to his subjects.
sending her pet dragon and her fairs outside to play she stand there, alone and alittle confused at why soo many disliked her.

Greylle walked into the large throne room and found herself staring at the large assemblage. She was surprised by the sheer number of people present. She looked around the room.
When she saw the Elf Priestess move away from the dais, she stode forward, determined to be next.
At the edge of the dais, she courtsied low. "My King, I pledge my fealty to you." When she stood she studied him for a moment before backing up a few steps then turning to allow others to present themselves.

as rose leaned aginst the back wall she watched as this beautiful woman in white walked up and adressed the king. she noticed the woman had seen her. another sharp pain ran threw rose's hand almost making he drop her staff. rose walks out of the throne room and sat upon the staps leading to the upper wall. Checking her hand she noticed a blod spot forming in the center of her palm. pulling out another peddle from her rose she places it upon her palm, the moment it hit her palm it turned black and dropped off to the floor egnighting to a black flame and fizzles into the wind.
rose waches her pet dragon playing with her two fairies... seeing there joy in playing made her smile. looking around she watches as the knights continue there patrole. going along with there routene not even noticing the elf priestess or her pets. Rose sits there a while thinking and watching her pets playing listeng every once in a while to rased voices comming from the thron room.

"We'll talk later, cat, I'm not gonna start a commotion in here," whispered Haseo before walking off and out of the room. He made his point to everyone and was done. He felt there was no longer a reason for him to be there anymore.

The cat-woman snarled at Haseo's back quietly, before returning her attention to the goings on.
A deadman walking if he is a traitor... And what about that elf. Wierd woman with all those pets... Kas kept her bitchy thought s to herself.

ScorpioDragon "We'll talk later, cat, I'm not gonna start a commotion in here," whispered Haseo before walking off and out of the room. He made his point to everyone and was done. He felt there was no longer a reason for him to be there anymore. As the King looked on to his faithful, his attention was distracted as one of the people that had swore there alliegance began to leave the room. As he opened the door, the King's armor shot out a chain from it, and it quickly extended closing the door before he could leave. "I can understand late comers, as my summons went far and wide, but it is rudeness to those assembled, and myself that you would leave before me. I have not finished, and I would know everyones intent first, and I think it best you know the same. There are other words I will say, but it will be at my discretion when I say them." There was a subtle agitation to his voice, or was it perhaps a challenge of some sort. Still he stood there, regal, and confident. His eyes taking in all assembled. "Continue, please."

Haseo stopped and quickly turned to see the chain next to him. He looked along the fine metal to the source. 'He has enchanted armor? Never expected that,' he thought to himself as he began to trudge back into the crowd.
He bowed to the king in respect when he had found a clearing, "My apologies, your majesty. I felt that my presence really wasn't needed here anymore. I was hasty and did not think of my rudeness." He thought it was best to make ammends quickly with higher ups, especially a king. He didn't want to start trouble and have any of his people after him. He hated kissing up with a passion though.

The King had remained quiet for quite some time now allowing those friends and new found friends to come forth to state there intent. It was there decision as to what path they decided to go upon, but if it was to be the path that he would lead, then there would be expectations. Expectations that meant that he would have to lead, and they had to understand that they must follow.
It was more than his life he was concerned of, if one of the people who made there intent known, it was all of there lives, and the innocents that took resident in Norcadia.
"I am not going to pretend that I know everything, nor am I going to pretend I am all powerful. I am going to say this, I am a man, who has bled and suffered greatly for a ideal. My own two feet were used to get me to the person you see before you. I have lived, fought, and sacraficed in what I believed to be true and just. There are those in this room that don't think I should stand here. There are those that think that they are better than I am. I am not here to placate, I am here to lead. A war is coming, and you have two choices. Stay, and join us to battle what comes, or leave, and take your chances alone. I thank those that have shown there loyalty to me, and for those that have come to trust me. United we stand people, devided.... We lose, and its that simple."
The King paused as he looked at some of those present.
"Now, I would know what is in your heart. So those that have not come forward do it now. For after today, you are either with me, or against me."
