Kaoru was heart broken. How could his brother says such things and mean them? Even acting, he could tell his brother was feeling the pain of heart break. He heard much sniffling and crying and 'aww'ing comeing from the doorway. How rediculous. He clutched his brother a bit tighter so that the girls could see his 'agony'. "I just want Hitori to have a home," he whispered, looking down at the marble floors. "And I want you to get to know him better." He raised his voice once more, "Hikaru, you're my number one. Forever. Even if I'm not yours."
The squeeling and 'aww'ing was becoming annoying. "Let's go talk somewhere more... Private." The pause he made was as if he were waggling his eyebrows to attract attention to the fact that they might do something naughty. And his pause did its work; several of the girls fell over in a stupefied faint. He took his brother's hand and moved for the closest door possible. A broom closet. He shut the door behind him and leaned against it, pressing his palms against the cool mahogony of it.
"Hikaru, I really... Just wanted to do something nice for Hitori. After all the weirdness we've put him through. Especially at the New Years ball. We ruined his chance to show off to Kyouya. I just... Want to make it up to him. Plus," he shaded a hand over his mouth and leaned in to whisper closer to Hikaru, "He might be living in worse conditions than we thought Haruhi was living in! He might live in a broom closet just like this one!" And yet, the broom closet could probably hold a twin sized bed a dresser, and a night stand comfortably. "I just... Didn't want to tell you because you'd get all ancy and upset. I figured if I just... Did it, you wouldn't get worried over it and stress and what not."

The 'yes' didn't come. First it was about Hitori. Then that shocking statement that Kaoru had come to use to often. The phrase seemed more likely to fit a father and son. The dad was the kid's hero...something like that kept sticking in Hikaru's head. He obediently followed Kaoru into the broom room. No. Kaoru hadn't seen it just as acting. His face was still showing that expression when the door closed behind them and he reached for the light switch. "Hitori and I...we made up. More or less." Hikaru said after Kaoru was done explaining. His eyes trailed along the walls of the dim room, a little dusty but painted a clean white. Cluttered around the twins was cleaning equipment and some things the host club had left for storing. He'd forgotten to mention anything about Hitori during their vacation. He'd been too busy enjoying their holidays and other things to want to talk about the host club. "We can house him. It's not like we don't have room. We've got thirteen bedrooms and our estate is larger than that national museum." He stopped to examine the room again, his nostrils inhaling the stale air of the 'little' room. Something smelled strongly of some kind of cleaning agent or disinfectant. "You could have talked to me about it..." It was silent except for their breathing and shifting about. The floor of the room wasn't marble but of wooden planks, unpolished and stained with some liquid, it seemed. "I'm still kind of upset," he said as he turned to Kaoru but refused to look in his face. "My brother's been thinking about this idea for god-knows-how-long and not even mentioned it to me... Kaoru, I'm starting to feel I don't know what you're thinking of anymore."

She didn't see anybody around in the morning light that flooded the room from the windows. Peering about, she saw THE PIANO. Not a piano, THE PIANO. Okami figured it must be the most beautiful musical instrument she would ever set eyes on. Cautiously, she approached the great thing. She gained courage and sat down on the piano bench. Timidly, she pressed on one of the keys. It rang pure and true throughout the room. Her heart beating wildly, she positioned her hands and then began to play. After the intro, her voice joined with the music. It was one of her favorite songs. Her voice was warm and soft, flowing into the notes of the piano.
"Nightswimming deserves a quiet night The photograph on the dashboard, taken years ago, Turned around backwards so the windshield shows Every streetlight reveals the picture in reverse Still, it's so much clearer I forgot my shirt at the water's edge The moon is low tonight
Nightswimming deserves a quiet night I'm not sure all these people understand It's not like years ago, The fear of getting caught, Of recklessness and water They cannot see me naked These things, they go away, Replaced by everyday
Nightswimming, remembering that night September's coming soon I'm pining for the moon And what if there were two Side by side in orbit Around the fairest sun? That bright, tight forever drum Could not describe nightswimming
You, I thought I knew you You, I cannot judge You, I thought you knew me, This one laughing quietly underneath my breath Nightswimming
The photograph reflects, Every streetlight a reminder Nightswimming deserves a quiet night, deserves a quiet night..."
She ended the song with regret. Long after the keys stopped ringing, she sat there on the piano bench with her eyes closed, savoring the moment.

Haruhi let out a sigh of releif once she found her text book that she left in the classroom. She had told Hikaru to go ahead of her since she had forgotten a text book in a classroom. She gave a warm smile as put the espensive looking textbook into her old bag. She would have to study it caefuly later tonight.
" Alright now that that is settled I'll head over to the host club." She murmured as she put her bag on her seat. She soon headed to the door and pulled it open. Stepping into the cream colored corridors. There where a few students out in the corridors talking amonst themselves. Haruhi walked down the corridors smiling and greeting a few of them as she past them. She continued walking down the corridors thinking about Hikaru and Hitori. For some reason she was drawn to Hitori.
" Maybe it's because we're both...commoners in a prestigous school?" She pondered as she lifted hersmall delicate hand up to her chin softly pondering about her delimeas. Hikaru and Kaoru seemed to be drifting apart these last few days for one reason or another. She wasn't sure why but she was worried about their realsonship more then usual. She closed her eyes as she let out a sigh. She lowered her hand and continued walking down the corridor.
" I should stop thinking about these things..." She muttered sighing as she opened her eyes looking a bit higher.
" I should focus more on my school work.. if I keep this up I'll either have to get expelled or I wont be able to become a talented lawer like my mother..." She thought letting out another sigh. She hadn't spoken to her mother in a while and she started feeling a bit guilty about her neglectance. She said a prayer softly enough that no one could hear her. She turned a corner and saw Hikaru and Kaoru's scene.
"... It seems Kaoru did somthing to upset Hikaru.." She thought as she observed the scene before her. She turned her gaze to the squeeling ladies. "...Or this is another scene to attract more attention to the host club..." She thought sighing a bit. She saw Kaoru and Hikaru heading towards a broom closet. "... Something tells me this has to do with Hitori..." She thought as she stared at the broom closet momentraly before continuing heading to the 3rd music room.

((I thought Hitori was at the piano....))
"Haruhi." It was Kyouya, who was just outside the Host Club, about to open the door. "You're a bit late. But then so is everyone else..." That was all he said, his notebook under his arm. He didn't have his laptop with him like he did at the dance. But then, with all the hosts running around and such he had to make constant updates to the database. However, with the addition of Camille to the event team- she was the event coordinator- Kyouya could relax a bit more. Perhaps they could plan another small vacation to somewhere in Japan.
Opening the door and stepping inside he held it open for Haruhi, his eyes closed for a moment. This year would be troublesome especially with Hitori added. Perhaps the twins were fighting over that small bit of information Kyouya slipped- the fact that Hitori had no place to live. Hitori was actually like a wandering worker. Kyouya had heard the boy was helping out small businesses who in return would give him a place to sleep. Mostly since Kyouya gave Hitori a cellphone... Hitori was talking to him alot more. The thought made Kyouya smile slightly.
"Perhaps we can plan some more trips. Hitori seems to like the idea of the new cafe in Kyoto. Perhaps because he hears his mother is there..." The mention of mother- then of course Haruhi would agree. Even though Kyouya wasn't sure if Hitori's mother was there or not.

Takashii slipped his plain black binder under his arm, and casually strolled down the marble hallway, towards the third music room. He had awoken this morning, renewed and refreshed, ready to fall back into the grind of the everyday.
The New Years party had been a success (atleast Mori thought so), and he found his attitude towards school had changed. He really was ready for it to end. It was the studying, and the assignments, and the 100 mark essays that had finally driven the last stake of irritation into the tall seniors brain.
Then again, he would be gone from the Host Club. He paused from his saunter for a moment to gaze out the large floor-length windows that lined the corridor. Everything he cared for was all kept in that one room. With the exception of his brother, of course. But regardless-- the Host Club meant everything to Mori. Though he didn't speak often, when he did he tried to make it mean something. He wanted, in someway, to leave a mark with the boys in the club. A reminder of himself once the year was over.
Tamaki, the twins -- even Haruhi still had a year or two left in the club. Whilst he only had what was left of this year. He would make it a memorable one, he concluded as he started walking again.
He slipped quietly into the music room, and waited patiently for Honey-kun to either a) arrive, or b) wake from his nap. Mori knew his small companion too well to attempt to awaken him, if he were in the midst of visiting dreamland.
Instead he placed his binder on one of the end tables, and sat silently on the couch beside it.

Camille walked purposefully into the third music room over to Kyouya. She was dressed in the Ouran Highschool ladies uniform, a yellow and pink number. Camille didn't think it suited her, but everyone else thought it was stunning. "Good morning Kyouya-sempai" She smiled and nodded towards him, "I'm sorry I am late, my alarm didn't go off." She shook her head, "I know that is a bad excuse," She laughed slightly, "But I have no other." Camille sat heavily in a comfortable burgundy chair and set her clipboard on her lap, "So what are we working on today?"

A girl had entered and basically pushed him off of his seat at the piano. Therefore Hitori took up his small bento box and retreated, trying to find something else to do. Haruhi and Kyouya had come in, then the tall japanese student from before. He hadn't really met that host before... With a small smile he approached the tall host who was now sitting at a couch. Perhaps he''d like one of the small strawberry rice cakes he had? Though Hitori wasn't sure if the host liked sweet things or not- even though, sweet things could often help peoples taste... He was a few feet away from Mori, holding the bento box with both hands.
"Ano... excuse me. You're a host here too... but I never really met you. My name is Hitori K. Himitsu. I'm a new host so... I hope we can become friends soon." He bowed and then stood up straight. They were just opening and for some reason the girls weren't coming in that fast(Perhaps because of Kaoru and Hikaru...) Hitori wondered for a moment where the twins were... but then shook that out of his mind, returning his attention to the host he hadn't met.

Mori eyed the violet-haired host with a sweeping gaze, before nodding sharply, "Takashii Morinozuka. Mori," he said, crossing one long leg over the other.
He had seen this new addition to the club at the New Years party early, but hadn't really had much of a chance to speak more than a few words to him. He was curious as to what the boy's type was, but then again it was not really Mori's job to find out.
Without a word, Mori cocked his head to seat on the couch beside him, inviting Hitori to sit down.

Upon Camille's entrance he smiled lightly and followed her to a sitting area. He had sat right across from her, putting his folder down and opening it to scan over a few things. The Talent Competition for the January Event.
"The event that will take place on January 25th and go on until February 1st. It will take place at the new Miracula Cafe and there we will have several places to entertain the guests. This includes the cafe and inn, a chance to go swimming in the nearby lake as well as boats and speed boats where upon we can water ski, sky glide and various oher activities. Of course, the hosts will have to have swim suits- which won't be a problem... The main event will be the Talent Competition. Though I'm still unsure whether or not I will be entering."

Hitori nodded and sat, the bento box being placed upon his lap, hands holding it as if it held a small baby bird or something of the sort. Looking to the side he observed Mori and narrowed his eyes, features softening a bit. "Then... Morinozuka-sempai..." Formalities. Hitori was used to formalities so that was how he would address most of them. Except for Hunni, Hunni was an acception because he allowed Hitori to call him 'Hunni-chan'.
Looking to the side, silently taking note of Kyouya's position in the room, his body settled, no longer tense from a moment of discomfort.
The name Morinozuka sounded like a traditional name. Perhaps he was from a traditional family? With a small smile, Hitori found a similarity in both of them. Even though Hitori didn't know the real name of his mothers family he knew they were the traditional sort.. However it didn't show in the purple eyed boy at all.
"I brought something for all the hosts today. I made it at work yesterday... Morinozuka-sempai, would you like a ichigo usagi mochi?" The name was long but Hitori managed to memorize it.

Camille worte quickly and neatly on her clipboard, "Jan. 25th- 1st of Feb. Talent comp. at Miracula. Hosts in swimwear." She nodded, "Sounds great. I think if the hosts would all compete the girls would be very happy. I'll talk to my Mom and Griffith Design to see if I can get us designer swimwear for free, as long as they get credit." Making another quick note on her clipboard she looked back up at Kyouya, "Will the cafe be providing refreshments, or will that come out of the club budget?" Sitting back farther in her chair Camille rested her chin on her hand, imaginining the money they could make from a swimwear Host Club picture book. She smiled to herself and thought, "Maybe I'll buy one too..."

Mori turned his head slowly, eyeig the box that was nestled in the newest hosts' lap. If it were anything but sweet cake -- then again it was an honest attempt from Hitori to make friends.
He gently turned his hand over, palm up. He would suck it up and swallow. Mori didn't want the boy feeling like he didn't belong.
