My favourite would have to be Raikouhou! Oh, wait... That's Kidou.
The Mangekyou Sharingan, while not a jutsu at all, is actually quite amazing. The fact that it can easily destabilise the mind is why I love it.

Amaterasu.. although I adore Tsukiyomi, it's a genjutsu and not a ninjustu.

wat about the 8 trigram 64 palm that neji uses its cool the one i like is the second hokages water style water wall jutsu or his water drill those are cool smile xd

My favorite jutsu is the Chidoi that sasuke uses on naruto in the final valley. he was tooken over by the cursed mark and it turned black i thought it was really cool razz

My fav jutsu is is probably going to be whichever one ends up turning Naruto's outfit some color other than bright freakin orange. What sort of ninja runs around in orange? None!

The best would be Kafuuuton-katatsumaki no jutsu. biggrin
Okay I made that up, but it would be really cool.
My favorite is... Water vortex. The one that kakashi finished his 1st fight against zabuza with.
