Kyou as a badass would rock. Mutes would be a better hero I think XD.
Rish a goodie would be funny, but then I don't think Meena would have been attracted to him.
If Vitt hadn't left a lof of the ending drama would be ruined. XP But she would have had a lot more screen time ;__;

In response to an earlier "What if..."
If Sora was that old, he'd be a 40-year-old virgin.
His feelings for Kairi would put his moral character into questionable doubt, labeling him as such things as "*****" (sp?)
Remember those races with Riku on the beach? You wouldn't win a single one.
Instead of "potion," it wouldn't be medication (that's insulting our parents), it'd probably be "Alcohol." Or maybe that would replace 'Elixer."
I'm pretty sure Sora would have taken up smoking somewhere along the journey.

Then the trio would have only gotten to the first world, and the Kingdom Hearts plotline would ultimately fail. They would have to hire a comedian to accompany them everywhere, which would either enterain us or drive us insane.

I can see Riku being related to Sephiroth. They've got the white-hair-thing going on. But then I guess Riku got his name from the mother. And Rikku has kinky tastes in men, then...XP Isn't she kind of young for him anyway?
