"Good point." Faith stated as she too began to scavenge around for a sharp piece of wood Akio called a stick. She didn't have too much luck considering she was searching where the water barely splashed her paws. Trees, afterall, don't grow in lakes. Out of sheer randomness, Faith bounced a bit, releasing the gravel underneath her.

"Your not going to find anything in the lake, silly!" He chuckles and contiunes looking. He climbed up a tree to find something. Right in front of him, and shrap, skinny stick. He grabs it with his mouth then jumped out of the tree. "I found one." He runs back to the lake with a smile.

Faith lowered her head and sighed. "Well you never know what kind of stuff could wash up in the water." She scooted up to the box and looked at the handsome Akio. Faith sat down, pondering what was inside the chest of the silver box.

"You're right!" Akio puts the stick in the key hole and turned it. The chest poped up and he open it wider. "There is something shinny inside it.. Maybe its gold, or jewels!" He jumped and open it up. "Its... its.." He looks at it. "What are these flat silver looking things?" He tilted his head.

Faith's head went into the box and she caught a silver flat, round coin in her mouth. She only lightly bit it to hold the delicate treasure. "Aw, blech, it's not food, that's for sure!" she said as she spat it out and shook her head. "It looks like...some primitive form of..human currency?" she said as she shifted her paw around in the mess of coins similar to the one she spat out.

"Human currency, eh? What can we do with this?" He ponders, knowing that he couldn't do anything with it without a human. He digs in the chest for something else. "I found a ring. Would you like it Faith?"

Faith's eyes widened as she saw the ring that Akio had pulled out. She looked at it for a while. It was nicely crafted, with a nice, shiny rock on it, but it was clearly made for a human finger. "Oooh! Yesh, thank you!" she said as she took it and awkwardly placed it on the tip of her left ear. Faith thought it to be the only place narrow enough for it to fit. She looked back at the chest and pawed out a jumble of coins along with something that looked similar to a jewel-studded collar.

Akio contiunes to dig to see what he can find. He pulls out an neckles. He puts it around Faith's neck and smiles. "That looks beautiful on you Faith." From the crack of his eye he saw something else shinny. He pulled it out and looked at it. "Hmm... It looks like rings but flater... and have skinny point things..." Little did he knew, it was an ear ring. He gave them to Faith. "Do you know what they are?"

"Uh, besides shiny? No." she replied. Never had she let such a handsome stranger put jewelry on her. She shook her fur a bit to let the necklace shake around to add to its gleam. With a little more thought process going on in her brain, she remembered seeing a few of the trinkets before. "Oh, I think this is called a necklace and these a ringear." Faith paused for a while to look at Akio. "You're a very sweet guy, you know."

"I know I am." He chuckles and smiles. He turns back to the chest and began digging though it again. He found a braclet and an ankle. He sat them in front of Faith so she can look at them. I didn't see anthing for him, so he stopped digging.

"What d'you suppose we should do with all of this?" Faith inquired a she looked at the items Akio pulled out and back to the chest. "I dunno 'bout you, but I like the necklace and the ring." she said as she fiddled with the necklace. Faith put some of the other assorted trinkets back in the chest.
