He [Edward] turned to Alice.
[Edward] "Can Jasper handle this?"
[Alice] "Give him some credit, Edward. He's been doing very, very well, all things considered."
"Can you handle this?" he asked.
And graceful little Alice pulled back her lips in a horrific grimace and let loose with a guttural snarl that had me [Bella] cowering against the seat in terror.
This made me laugh. I love Alice. She one of my favorite characters.
BTW, the parts in [] are not in the text they are just so you know who's talking.

I would put my favorite quote, but I don't it'd take too much time two copy the first two books (I haven't read the third), besides, I don't have the second book on me...
