Morgana arches a brow before she chuckles "I barely know you, so unless we somehow manage to make out, end up in bed, or get me really drunk, its not happening. I don't reveal anything but my name to people, if you wish to find anything else about me, your gonna have to get on my good side. And trust me, that won't happen." setting her drink down she lays her head on the back of the couch.
She didn't know what it was about this man, but she wanted to hit him, yet at the same time was curious about him. All the men from her villege would have run in fear. He wasn't so this made her slightly curious.
Tinania smirks as she continues to sketch both of them, she was taking in the looks on there faces mostly. She could tell from the looks that they would butt head alot.

Torvil laughed, "Doesn't that last one lead to the first two?" He laughed and shook his head. "Honestly tho, you really should open up to be people a bit more, you'd be suprised how many possible, nice, honest, friendly people are out there. Not counting my ex-wife, she's a duplicitous snake in the grass," He laughed.
To be honest, he found Morgana rather fun, she played the game rather well.

Morgana shakes her head then laughs alittle "I don't think so, I've done pretty well most of my life keeping to myself. I think I will stick to that thank you." tugging at her sleeves of her sweater she frowns. She hated winter, because she always had to bundle up, she like being able to show off her body.
Tinania rubs at her temples before shaking her head making little notes on the sketch paper. They were both stubborn that was for sure. Her father in law seem to like pushing her aunt. She just hope her aunt Morgana didn't try anything foolish.

Torvil laughed. "Sounds rather boring to me, you miss out on so many wonderful possible experiances keeping yourself all chained up like that. I mean honestly, you sound as if the world is nothing but a hateful, spiteful, place."
Torvil had felt like that for awhile after the divorce, but it hadn't really lasted, he was too much of an optimist.

Morgana looks him over again wondering if he could read her mind or something. That was how she saw the world, it treated her badly all her life, so why should she care about it? She had no reason to show kindness to anyone.
Shrugging she looks awy "There is nothing wonderful out there, least not for me. So I'll leave it at that." lifting her drink she take another sip of it trying to clear her mind. Lifting her hand she pushes it through her hair.

"You're wrong about that you know, sure, there are times and places in the world where it really blows, but you're too pretty of a girl to be so cynnical." Torvil laughed and shook his head. "Why, you look like the kind of girl who could net any man she wanted, I'm suprised you don't have to beat men off with sticks."
Torvil knew she didn't like flattery, which is why he was laying it on a trifle thick. But she was good at the game, and he was having fun, the way she was doing the dance, he was supirsed that she'd not outstepped him and gotten him off his footing.

Morgana chuckles before she gets on her knees moving towards him. Leaning forward she draws her finger lightly over his lip watching him "Your right I could get any man I wish including you if I wanted to. Thing is I don't want to. I don't need someone to look after me, I'm a big girl, and I can take care of myself." pulling back she chuckles taking a seat back on the side of the couch she was on.
Tinania arch a brow wondering now what had just happen, she knew that Morgana wasn't one to play around with. She heard the stories her aunt told her mother. But none of what she was doing seem dangerous, so she wasn't sure what to do.

Torvil laughed. "If you think I would be easy prey, you are far off your mark." He smirked at her and shook his head slowly. "I'm not one to go chasing skirt so quickly as you think. You might be very fair and quite easy on the eyes, but it takes more than that to make my blood run hot." His tone was condisenceding in the strongest sense of the word.
"I also, never implied that you needed someone to look after you, you look rather capable yourself, why should you need a man? We're really just dead weight you know,"

Morgana would have said something if she wasn't left stunned. It was the first time in her life that she had ever heard a man say they were dead weight. Closing and opening her mouth a few times she just shakes her head "Um...yea..."
Tinania eye widen as she lifts her hand to cover her mouth from laughing. The look on her aunt's face was priceless. If she could she would have taken a picture of it to capture forever.

Torvil laughed. "Now that's a face I've never seen anyone make in forever, you look like I sideswiped you with a barn," He was still chuckling when he sipped at his coffee, letting out a long content sigh.
"To be brutally honest, I do honestly believe that there will come a time when women will figure out that men are only good for their genes, or, they will figure out that we're nowhere near as deep as they think we are." Sighing a little he looked at his book. "I'm suprised most women don't just clone themselves a baby, it would work you know, give them a female child too."
Torvil still kinda felt like he hadn't tried hard enought to keep Ala at his side, but it was minor. He knew that he had not asked a lot of her, and she had just walked away from him.

Morgana blushes trying to hide it as she turns away from him "Maybe some women like me don't need men. But then their are the few who wouldn't be living if they didn't have a man at their side." shrugging she crosses her legs again as she plays with the the end of her hair.
She wasn't sure what to think about him, so she was just studying him while playing the game carefully. She didn't want to miss something that she might be able to use later.

Torvil laughed shaking his head slowly. "True, but that's where there are butch women you know, they might as well be men," He sips his coffee some more before looking back at Morgana.
"So Ana, what do you do for a living? Do you have a job? Or are you just a floater?" He was curious, as he himself probably fell under the catagory of independat resercher.

Morgana shrugs tapping her fingers against her cup "Alittle bit of this and that. Nothing that could get me arrested, I'm not that bad. I'm a freelancer I guess you could say." she pauses licking at her lip "Seeing as I just got into town though, I don't have a job as of right now though."
Tinania sighs softly, this was good. They weren't trying to kill eachother, which meant her father in law manage to break a barrier. Fact that her aunt was still sitting there meant that she was curious and willing to let her guard down even for a moment.

Torvil smiled. "Ah, I've done a little of that on my spare time, sometimes I had to go through... undesirable channels... To get certain things I needed, but seeing as I've given up that one hobby of mine, and have focused on what my people do, I've found that my life is all the much more stable for it." He shook his head slowly.
"Though I have to say it's quite dull to not have to worry about gettting stabbed or shot while trying to complete a transaction." Letting out a light laugh he sipped at his coffee, which was now close to being empty.
"Right now, I'm doing independant reserch on my own people's magic, I want to see how it compares to other cultures, I've yet to see any that are even remotely similar." He chuckled weakly before closing his eyes. "I must sound like a dreadful bore."

Morgana chuckles shaking her head "Never had to do anything like that, although I have been in my share fair of fights." she pauses thinking about the last one that nearly took her life. Shaking her head she nods "Sound like Tinania, she seems to love magic and learning everything she can about it. And if you were a dreadful bore, trust me I would be telling you."
Standing with her emptu cup she holds her hand out "Would you like another drink? I can get one for you." she was actually being nice, which for her meant she didn't find Torvil a threat.
