He smiled and rolled out from under her and hopped around her. His tail flicking back and fourth as he looked around. They needed something to do. But what?

She jumped over him and flunts around. "Come with me?" Yesh?" She hopped away to a river she saw while coming over here. She looked at the river and jumps high curling in a ball and splashing in. Her wings opened some and her feathers made her some float. She huffed popping her head up out of the water in some nervousness.

Theodore hopped after her, much like Pepe La Pue the Skunk. Seeing the river he became over joyed. He hadn't swam in forever. Jumpin in quickly he swam around before surfacing again and laughing at her.
"I see you swim?!" he said quite surprised.

She flapped her wings to a rock in the middle of the river and held on to it. "I can swim... But i have not for long time." She said with her sweet acsent. She shivered some and tried to get teh hang of swimming again but was getting nervous by the minute. "Hehe. I fine. Yo puedo ase esto, I can do this.. I can." She let go of the rock some and doggy paddeled trying to keep her head up.

Theodore swam over to where she was to help her alittle. "Don't worry. I'm an expert swimmer. You won't go under with me here." His tail moved quickly back and forth to keep him up.

She smiled some and paddeled some around him. "I think I can get sued to this.." She said pawing at the water for some hard ribbles dwelling in the river. SHe held her breath and went under looking at the fishies swimming past her quickly and with expertsy. She pawed more to keep herself then pawed up popping her head out of the water. "Yes. That is why you have fins yes? I almost forgot fishies had them too." She smiled softly paddeling some keeping herself up.

He smiled and watched her swim around. "Yeah. Just like males have small wings, but females have huge ones. " he said, though he really didn't have any wings at all. or at least it looked like he didn't have wings.
He had little things that came off his back, but had no clue what they were for. He didn't give any other thought about it either. Not like he really cared. He loved to swim, and would hate to fly.

I am no good at flying. I stuble and fall a lot. Its safer to swim for me at least." She said trying to kill her acsent and flutters her wings trying to gain stablity. "Boys are lucky with such fins. They look handome." She floated over to him and nuzzled him lightly.

Theodore laughed. Well, that was something he hadnt' heard. A female not being able to fly well. Perhaps there were some males that couldn't swim well? He gave a small chuckle. "I'm sure if you pratice, you'd be fine at it."
He smiled. "I think wings are lovely, but I wouldn't personally want them." He said honestly.

She laughed some. " I do not think you will look as handome with.. with my wings, yes." She nuzzled her face in his wet fur and swam under trying to catch a fish. She tried to catch it in her paws but it slipped through too quickly for her to catch. Her feathers started to weigh her down as she pawed to get up. Her head began to get light headed as she saw his back paws kicking in the water. She kept trying to paw herself up but she felt something was holding her down.
She coughed in water and kept pawing up and trying to get to his feet. Her tail was tangled in a brnach in the water and she kept pawing up not knowing this.

Theodore got worried. He didn't see her come up. Diving under the water, he saw her very clearly. His eyes were ment to see. He swam towards he and smiled and went towards one of her tail feathers that seemed to have been stuck.
Looking at how to free it, he decided it was best to just break the branch off. It snaped with slight difficualty. He had to use his whole body to get it up. Grabbing her arm, he figured it was time to get out of the water.
He swam as fast as his little body could carry both of them to the shallows of the water. Making sure she was the first to reach the surface.

Her mouth had taking up too much water and her head was lightly fainting her sight. It was much like having flown but fell from a high place like she had long ago. When she got to teh surface she already had fainted from the light head. Her body only shivered in response from it being colder than the water. Her ears twitched some but feel unconsious.

Getting to the surface, he looked at her... Oh no... She was dead. Panic raised in him. It was his fault. Quickly he grabed her arm and drug her to the shore. What was he going to do? He killed her because he wasn't watching carefully.
Wided eyed, he sat there for a second. What to do? He made sure her head was facing the sky. He'd never seen a dead thing before. It just had to be a friend, didn't it?
His paws went to his head. He couldn't think of anything to say. He pulled on his ears for a second. He looked back at her. "I.....I'm... Sorry..." His eyes held sorrow in them, yet he was still too shocked to have any tears.

Her ears twitched some being dragged along. Her leg twitched as well but her body still not responding fully. Her feathers were drenched and made her feel heavier. She imagened herself playing on the fields and she hopping around and she appeared on a tree. She heard that faint yell from behind her like she had in the past and fell out of the tree falling endlessly. Reliving a painful memory.

He was still looking at her twitching body. It wasn't exactly the greatest sight. His eyes wide and full of fear and shock. Looking around, he had to think of something. What did humans do? There was something that they did to help them breath... Oh no! Why'd he have to forget when it mattered most?
He closed his eyes to try to think. He could see a mental picture in his head what they did. But it looked just like a kiss? Or did they do something else? What was it?!!! Frustration was building up and time was running out.
He placed one of his paws on her chest and pushed down with little force. Now he was suppose to kiss her.... Leaning forward, he puckered his lips towards hers. This better work. He really felt awkward. Closer and closer he got... Lips ready to touch hers....
