when making a costume for my friend...I offered to make a "Zexion" costume first...I find him more attractive...but I can definitely see why ppl love Axel...I do. I like them about the same...but I have a feeling that when CoM comes out with Final Mix+ I might be more inclined to like Zexion. >_<

I like Zexion....hmm...I like them both. It's just that Axel has more fans cause Zexion's character wasn't that descriptive.
I also like Demyx. He is so funny. XD

I think Zex kicks butt, but Axel, like Animeluver said, Axel was more descriptive. You knew more about his character while Zexion was more enigmatic. But Zex is still cool

Well, I look at it this way. A lot of people really haven't had the chance to see Zexion since he was only in CoM. I'm sure others have been saying this, but I'm just bringing the fact back. I know lots of friends that were not able to play CoM because they did not have a Gameboy or...whatever it was for. I only got to play a little bit because my step sister has it. Still, I didn't get to finish so I barely remember Zexion. However, I do agree from seeing pics and all he is rather pretty. I'm sure there will be more of him in Final Mix...maybe then my opinion will change? I can't say for sure, but we'll see. xd

LunarSchemer I've always wondered why Zexion isn't as popular as Axel, and if not, why not more? He was an amazing character, and he wasn't a backstabber. He actually had things pertaining of intellect to offer to the table, whereas Axel was coy and backstabbing.
Zexion is even more attractive than Axel. O_O/// (op)
I love Axel to death, don't get me wrong,
but I just don't see why such awesome characters such as Zexion....
Are so over-looked.
I suppose he may become uber popular when COM comes out on the PS2....
But I just don't see why Axel is *the best* to so many people.
There's no way around the fact that he's a traitor and a pseudo.
He's also a pyromanic, scitzo, "emotionally" disturbed red head though, as well. His character is very creative.
But alas,
Over-ratedness. i dont believe that axel is overrated and i also believe sexy zexy(thats what i call him)was given enough love. im prety sure tetsuya has better plans for him in future kh games or remakes(if anymore than there already is). i dont believe sexy zexy was killed of anyways...he idnt disappear like the others...but what ticks me off is the fact that axel died!!! scream evil stressed i hated that!!! and for kairi?! ugh...pathetic!!! i dont believe hes "emotionally disturbed" either...i think he just really loves his best friend...with no heart question yeah...whatever

Him trying to kill his best friend, liking him, working for the organization then not, suddenly joining Sora's side and then dying is ONE HUNDRED percent NORMAL? I just think Axel's one crazy SOB with huge emotional problems. But, that's a big reason why I like him.
Everyone is saying that Zexion's personality wasn't delved into, but I think it's obvious what type of person he is. Sure he's enigmatic, but he doesn't keep all of his "feelings" and thoughts secret. But I agree. A lot of people didn't play/beat COM, and that's too bad. D:: I hate it how people refer to him as, "That one hot guy" or, "I like him. He has emo hair!! biggrin DD". It's sad. I think he deserves to be liked for making WIT look SEXY.
I actually, don't think he was truly killed either. We'll have to see. xD
And Kairi ? I love her. What's yo' damage? D:>

I definitely like Axel, and I don't think he's overrated at all. For one, Axel had a trait that none of the other Organization members had. He actually had a "heart." He changed when he met and befriended Roxas. Maybe Roxas actually having a "heart" rubbed off on Axel, but Axel nevertheless did whatever he could to protect Roxas. Even in the end, he did something extremely courageous for Sora - and Sora is not technically Roxas.
Zexion had his own plans, and I still got the impression of "conniving" from him no matter how many times I played through KHCoM. His agenda was just very selfish. I sympathize for his character as well as all the Organization members, because all they wanted were hearts of their own.

To each's own I guess, but I prefer Axel over Zexion. Going along with the post right before mine, Axel, despite the fact that he did not have one, acted as if he did have a heart. I think he knew that he, along with all of the other Organization members excluding Roxas, was going to fade back into darkness, and that gave him the ability to live without regrets. Zexion placed himself on a pedestal and eventually fell. I really don't like his attitude that much, simply for the fact that he never considered "What if they can defeat me?" He let his power go to his head, just like Xemnas, Larxene, and Marluxia.
