speaking of sarah.
here is a completly unrelated question. do any of you think the new army comercials are kinda stupid? why is it the marines get the cool comercials? they got guys climbing mountains or fighting crazy demon monsters and crap. The army always has those sentamental comercials like the son who is telling his dad that he found something worth doing and the fater patting him on the back. I mean at least the navy comercials have jet planes and stuff.
oh and has anyone seen an airforce comercial on TV. im sure i have enver seen one. well maybe once. But I know I never saw a coastguard comercial. tehy need props too.

It's just the services way of aiming towards the group of people they want to join. The Air Force does have commercials. They've got the slogan "Rise into the Blue" and the advertisement for the website DoSomethingAmazing.com.

i supose your right
on another note I dont really like the new army slogan. "army strong" i like army of one better. I think the best was be all that you can. only because it was at that time that the army got its claws in the most people. ahh getting suckerd into military service. no im just kidding military service is a good thing. it can be frustrating at times though.

An update on the length and local of things. If I remembered the job name correctly then the advanced training will be 18 weeks long and will be at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX. If anyone has been there I'd like to know how it looks and everything.

Okay. Final update, unless something else happens, before I go to basic. On April 3rd I will be shipping out to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. I will be there for 6 and a half weeks. At the end of which I will be going to the technical training for my career field, Signal Intelligence Analysis, at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas, at which time I will be promoted from Airman/E1 to Airman First Class/E3. This will take 13 weeks. After which I don't exactly know where I could be going. But possibilities are Ramstein, Germany; Okinawa, Japan; Denver, CO; Anchorage, AS; etc. I don't quite know the internet accessibility for technical training. But after that I will most definitely pop back in and say "Hi" to everyone. E-mail address to whoever wants it!

basic training is comming up pretty soon for you then huh? Well good luck, I don't know if airforce basic is anything like army basic but I imagine it will be. so here is some advice, do everything your told with out complaint. and stay un noticed as long as possible. They might yell at you alot, they do that to make it stressful for you, so do your best to ignore it when you can, and remember that tis not personel.
anyway good luck again and have fun. email me sometime if you want at stormshadowninja1227@yahoo.com just make sure you note your from the guild in the subject line if you decide to email me. if you dont thats fine too.
