Again to be cursed with Mexican-ness~! -growls- I will never be as pale as I'd like even if I avoid the sun all year for the rest of my life I will always look as though I live near a beach and go tanning all day everyday. gonk It'tisn't fair... I want a divorce from my heritage...

tee-hee, I'm naturally pale as china doll glass.... whee heart
Basically what everyone else said, no sun and you can
use some Foundation powder.
I don't really have much good advice, since I'm naturally
very pale...no matter how much i tan i dont change tone a bit.
Ah, and use lots of sun block.

I really want to clear up a few things here...
First off, some skin bleaching products contain dangerous substances, and aren't good for your skin at all. If you HAVE to bleach, use somthing relativley safe, such as lemon juice or dilluted peroxide.
Also, to all of you, love who you are! If you're dark-skinned it dosn't mean that you can't be a gothic beauty! I've met many a beautiful goth who has had a dark complexion.
Don't lament over naturally dark skin, embrace it! Find makeup which highlights and compliments your features, not makeup to try and make you appear to be pale. 3nodding

I am basiclly naturally pale because of my heritage - Irish, german, and english. - Though the Cherokee in me gives me one hell of a tan if I get any sun, thats what really sucks, cause I'm almost 50% cherokee.

well im a confusing one im half irish half native american, so im pale and im not ya know, like im a pale tan colour, but for my skin that never sees the light of day is whiter then a bucket of fresh snow, but i say just forget it its too much work in trying to be pale if you are then you are if not then its no big deal you're still beautiful etc... besides i kinda like some tan it makes people seem more... real and alive ya know

I'm paler in the summer, than the winter, because I burn rather easily. So my advice is stay indoors unless you really have to go somewhere
