I loved it!!! I just wanted to hug the Doctor for the most of the episode, with all the missing Rose bits...first the shirt and Donna yelling at him, and then the dancing at the wedding, and the ending, it was so very sad *sobs*
Donna annoyed me to start with - all snarky and bossy and ungrateful and the Doctor was just trying to help her all along...seemed to me he was on the rebound
razz But then at the ending, she flattened out a little, emotionally...but I'm still glad she didn't go, I don't know if I could have handled her every week! Alternatively as well, I am missing Rose...I thought she was a great companion...it was just weird with her not being there...still can't get over how sad the episode was. That final "her name was Rose" completely choked me up...again!
Yay for the clips for next year's series, too - I was sitting there going "come on, show some Jack!"

But yes, the black Dalek - was that Sec? Or one of the Daleks from Doomsday that had names, that did the emergency teleport?
With all the references, you have to wonder, is Torchwood going to be the super-duper-secret-word-drop of Series 3 as well, then? Or will they have something else...? Knowing that Jack is going to appear in the last 3 episodes suggests that it's going to hint about Torchwood again all season - not that I'm complaining! But it'll be interesting to see again, seeing as the audience already knows a bit about Torchwood already thanks to last season/Torchwood (Cardiff) itself. Does the Doctor think Torchwood was completely destroyed at the battle in Doomsday? Doesn't he know about the other Torchwoods..?
It was just SO brilliant, I can't wait for the series to kick off in a couple of months!!!
