The gallery section is full of photos from actual customers who bought from them, yes. They are one of the MOST reliable and legitimate lolita seamstress groups out there, actually.

thank you. i'm cautious of buying expensive (over $60) items online. i've never bought lolita wear online so i'm not sure with sites are good to buy from and which ones arn't. I'll get my paycheck this coming weekend and will try the site out to see how it is and comment on how i like it. thank you for your opinion. 3nodding i'm so excited to see how it turns out xd

You have every right to be upset, you're not overreacting. You paid a lot of money, and you get some cheap dress that doesn't look like in any way the image of the dress being sold. I never bought a dress before :/ but I want to. But stuff like this makes me nervous D:

What about Anna House? It looks really great, and they have low prices. ^^ But I haven't really heard anything about them at all. Anyone ordered from them, and what do you think of it?

All reviews I've read for Anna House have been spectacular. Their customer service is also great. They're very quick to answer questions and help with anything you may want to know.

There was a convention I went to just last Saturday. The one where BTSSB was. There was this homesewn booth that everyone was wearing clothing from. It was called LADY HEATHER'S FASHIONS. NEVER buy from that woman! Her garments were shoddily made and you could tell if her customers had been by the area - they left behind a trail of fraying thread. All the ribbons unraveled, the blouse materials were much too stiff and thick, the lace was inferior! Not to mention that the clothing was rivaling brand prices. The woman who ran the booth was FIXING THE DISPLAY GARMENTS as people were shopping around! Terrible. AND THE GIRL HAS A SITE! http://www.ladyheathersfashions.netDO NOT BUY FROM. Do not do not do not!!

Do not do not do not!! I said this over in the other guild as well ... I'm pretty sure she's selling F+F's goods on her own site; if she isn't, she's managed to duplicate the same brand replicas and visual kei cosplays [the Shinya Princess dress, for starters] with the same errors as they often have. The thing is, since they're not custom fitted, they don't sit right on the girls who buy them [skirts too long, etc]. It's cheaper and much better to just order from F+F directly; you can also ask them to customize fabric options so you don't get that stiffness or the cheap lace.

Yeah. I'm just copypasta everything into all the guilds just in case some ladies are in one or all of them, so everyone is aware. :0
Is that annoying?

Nah, you're good. Though you might want to add the bit about it being potentially from F+F. It looks like some older pieces, too, judging from the crappy lace.

Uh... You guys can add that, because I don't see the similarity between the two.
