Eh, Valgron can make Animations, but probably not in the format your looking for.
You are looking for .GIF animations, not Flash, correct?

Gladly.
.GIF animations are pictures with multiple frames, and can be hosted on Photobucket, tinyurl, and such.
Flash Animations are usually interactive, much bigger in size, capable of much more, but cannot be posted on Gaia, but instead directly linked to.

I can do animations, but I'm probably not that experienced. Valgron Sairus Is probably a better choice then me. Besides, I'm not sure what GIF means anyway. sweatdrop
