Kevin Kirzinger as Tyrant! (Kirzinger was Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs. Jason) He is tall and with a suit like Nemesis in RE Apocalypse it might work

Yea I think Kevin Bacon would make a great Birkin. Hell, he already played a mad scientist in "Hollow Man". lol
I always thought that Bitores Mendez kinda reminded me of Geoffrey Rush:

Oh, me and my little brother agree that Jesse Spencer (from the show 'House') could possibly play Leon.

Trish Strarus is a slut...
And Alysa Milano doesn't look very Asian to me. Ada is Asian, by the way...

Red Flame Hikari Neko yes, but Alyssa Milano does look like a pretty good Ada, no only if she were asian then she'd be perfect ^^ Honestly though... If she was to play Ada in the movies and the movies simply made Ada white, I wouldn't scream and cry and throw a fit. I'd be cool with it. Of course... Then you'll have a white woman with the last name Wong... But hey, who remembers Julia Chang from Seinfeld? It's doable.

Kaworu__Nagisa I shall only remember James Marsters as Spike from Buffy. Yeah. Besides, the only thing he has in common with Wesker is the hair. He's cool, but he's too boyish. Wesker needs to be older and meaner looking... Like a less balding Hugo Weaving would have been great as Wesker. Or just a bit younger Robert Patrick.

Vankala Yea, if only Robert Patrick were a bit younger, he'd be perfect! xd But I bet because T-1000 played a big part in inspiring the way Wesker was originally designed... Except his accent... As far as I remember from X-Files, he sounded somewhat New Yorkerish... "My name is Albert Weska', and I'm workin for Umbrella, da pharamceutical co'poration."

Just because I'm a fan, I think Peter Outerbridge would make a good Birkin:

If he's a good enough actor, accent is completely changeable. Believe me, I know.
