Isdra let out a deep breath once Reign had taken Papina off of her. "Thank...god..." After a little bit of getting herself under control, she looked toward Mr. Mysterious. "So... You're not going to tell us. I have to wonder if that's just because you are a spazz case when it comes to not talking," she passed realizing that sentance didn't make much sense, but ignored it, "or you just don't want Papina to freak out anymore." To her he was quite an entertaining person and in the back of her mind she wondered how long it would take to piss him off.

Reign sighed at the man, patting Papina still. "We'll be there before too long. Just... breathe, okay...?" Reign wasn't the best at this whole comforting thing, but it was working... right?

"Breathe. Right." Papina took a deep breath, held it for a moment, and slowly let it out. "Just... breathe..." She concentrated on breathing - it was much better then remembering where they were at the moment. That didn't stop her from keeping a tight grip on Reign, though.

Isdra's comment went winging over Mr. Mysterious to go hang out with the gulls. Slowing the boat carefully lost speed as an island appeared on the horizon. Putting the boat in idle, Mr. Mysterious moved towards the girls. Roughly he cleared a space on the floor.
Pulling out a blueprint the man spread it out for the girls. Gesturing at the island and back to the paper he started to point out the location of guards.

Reign looked up from comforting Papina as the boat slowed down. She spotted the island, then watched as the man moved towards the center of the boat and spread something out. "Hey, Papina, look. He's got something for us to look at." She patted the ivy girl's shoulder to get Papina's attention.

"Eh?" Papina lifted her head from its hidden position to look at what Reign was talking about. She blinked, then slowly slithered off of Reign - although she kept a grip on the marmoset girl's hand. She sat down on her heels so she could get a better view of the map and started to study what Mr. Mysterious was showing them, carefully enfolding the knowledge within her mind so she wouldn't forget. The loosening of her grip told just how engrossed she was in remembering all this.
((Edit: I'm adding this since no one else has posted since, it's one sentence, and Papina herself isn't doing anything. It's just something I forgot to post first time around. ;>.x))
Unknown to anyone, Papina's cell phone started to blink and vibrate as the alarm went off, letting anyone who would notice it that it was getting really close to the thirty minute mark; soon a certain over-bearing someone would be making a racket by calling the police and anyone else she could get in contact with to say her daughter must be in trouble since she hasn't called on time and that they must send out rescue parties in search of her.

As the girls watched, Mr. Mysterious traced a path through the island. Pointing to several likely rooms, he scanned each girls' face. With a nod he moved back to the helm. Slowly he manuvered the small speed boat closer to the island. No more than a few meters away, the man dropped anchor. Checking the weapon cases, he sealed them tightly. Gesturing for the girls to follow him, the man slipped over the side of the boat. The water came up to nearly his chest area.
The man kept his arms above the water and waded towards the rocky shore. The man kept behind boulders, waiting for Reign, Isdra, and Papina.

Reign made a mental note of the path. Hopefully, she could remember it once things turned 3D. She remained at the map while the man moved up to guide the boat closer. Finally, the boat stopped and the chimp girl looked up. With only a frown for the thought of how the water was going to ruin her dress, Reign slipped into the water, carefully following the man.

Papina's nose twitched. Her? In the water? Yeah right. She and water did not get along. She'd drown! It wasn't like she could quit soaking up water with her roots... She blinked. Could she? She scowled. She was actually thinking about going in the water! She patted herself down, looking for anything that could get ruined by water and pulled out most of the objects in her pockets. A quick glance at the items in her hands revealed that her phone was going off. Uh oh... She shot a frantic look at her companions, even as she took off her cloak, wrapped the other items in it, and shoved the whole bundle under one of the seats. Dare she risk making noise in calling her mother, or should she just... turn her phone and make up an excuse when she got home? Even while she thought, she made sure that her weapons would not get wet, and tried to make herself as water-proof as possible, preparing to get into the water.

Impatient, Mr. Mysterious gestured for Reign and Isdra to go head. Wading out to the boat he reached his hand out to Papina. Noticing the the phone in her hand the man pulled himself out of the water. Dripping water onto the deck he pluck the phone out of the ivy relic's hand.
Moving to the other end of the speedboat he answered the phone. "Papina can't talk right now. She's helping out at the Musaeum and the shields do something funny to the reception in there. I'll have her call as soon as she's done." It was quite possibly the longest speech the man had made in years. His voice was oddly atonal and quiet, pronouncing his vowels oddly. After a few more reassuring answers the man hung up and slipped back over the side of the boat.
Impatiently he gestured towards Papina. "Nara does not have the time for you to decide if the water is friendly or not," the man whispered harshly, "If we're lucky, we may still find her alive." This was not just a lark and some shiney new toys. They frankly did not have the luxury of taking their time. The fate of all the scroll children stood on their shoulders (or at least most of them).

Papina ducked her head and scowled where he couldn't see it before looking out over the edge of the boat. At least Mom couldn't blame her for not calling anymore. She sighed, went over to the edge, closed her eyes, and slipped into the water. Brrrrrrrr... Amazingly, her teeth didn't start to chatter. She opened her eyes into slits so she could see where to go, and started to silently struggle across, keeping her bow flat just above the water so it stayed dry.

Reign moved carefully through the water, trying not to make too much noise with splashes and such. If they were supposed to be sneaking in, they wouldn't want to notify everyone that they were there.
The chimp girl paused behind one of the last rocks before the shore, glancing back to make sure that everyone else was still coming. She spotted Papina in the water, looking as if she would rather be anywhere else.

As long as there was nice dry land there, anywhere else would be good. Papina nearly fell sideways into the water more then once, but she managed to get closer to Reign without becoming totally soaked. Ugh. Even the leaves on her head were flat against her skull in protest at all this. If she didn't mind the water as much, she'd be heading straight for the shower once they got this over with so she could get the strange mud-dirt off her. The ground under the water just was not the same as the dry stuff. All squishy and soft and slippery... If only she knew if Reign wouldn't mind her holding on to her tail until they reached land... Of course, Reign's tail wasn't above water where Papina could reach it either... which meant she had to struggle to shore on her own.
... Stupid icky, yucky, wet water that made noises when you moved suddenly in it. Bleh...

Following behind Papina Mr. Mysterious kept them moving at a fairly quick pace. Finally reaching the shore, the man hunkered down behind a fairly large boulder. Digging into the pebbley beach he sketched a quick map out and gestured for the girls to get their weapons out. He himself drew a simply gun shaped weapon. Loading it with darts, he moved quickly to the monastary's wall like a dark shadow.

Reign made sure that her daggers were all still with her as she watched the sketch that Mr. Mysterious drew on the beach. She followed along after the man as he moved towards the walls, prepared to fight if need be. Her heart was pounding so loud, that she half expected the man to turn around and glare at her for making so much noise.
Yes, you could say that Reign was a little nervous. After all, they were here to rescue Nara and it might be hard and they might have to hurt people, something Reign had been practicing, but had never put into practice.
