Doubt it highly. After Lexana there isn't much use for Lana's character in the show unless of course they decide to bring back the couple from h*ll. Thinking about it now, without bring Clana back, Lana is a dead woman. No point in her hanging around when she isn't having suckface with anyone.

Im glad they are still as good of friends as they were before.

They will do anything to make lana lose the baby. No person on a teen drama will ever have a baby. It is known fact.
