Lord Jarel "here's a water one called suikei." energy blasts of ice. hit the opponent five times. on the fifth time, opponent is encased in ice. user breaks the ice to cause damage. "Again, difficult to learn, but effective once mastered." st* puts out hands forming and orb but it explods on me*im ok

st*attemps that move again my eyes looking like ice and i fire three times then two the last exploding*feww i did it biggrin *my eyes go back to normal*
