I like 30 minute meals, The Next Iron Chef, Good Eats. I don't really like Paula Dean because I don't like her accent. Ace of Cakes isn't particularly interesting for me...

I'd have to put a vote in for "Good Eats" as well. I just love how he explains everything so well. He helps to make it clear that leaving the slightest ingredient out can ruin a recipe.

I like the old episodes of : Julia & Jacques Cooking at Home and Iron chef and Iron chef america . I can't get enough of those. 4laugh
