Thank you very much, Rule. ^.^ That was very nice of you...but I STILL can not make a topic, I took out all the apostraphes and ALL of that and it STILL will NOT let me make the topic; there were not too many options...So what am I doing wrong? sad
I want to make this so very badly so that people know I am not trying to ignore them and that I am not ignoring the guild but it is simply not letting me make one. I am not able to make ANY topics with polls cause I have been trying all over the place. *Sigh* *Inserts a rather large F-bomb right here*
sad I would not mind it so much if I was not feeling like everyone thinks I have been ignoring them. stressed
*Sigh* I have the entire thing saved that I was going to make so please know that as soon as I can I will be posting this up for everyone and that I am so sorry I have been gone for so long. crying

Convert the infidels!!!! I mean...let's show them the light that we see which is truely and clearly a better light. So give them the chance to join. If we get htose who don't post than eventually it'll amount up and than I'll notice and request another purger. Simple as that.

and wow i dont know what to say flare......it should work when u take the apostraphes out of your poll and options. try taking out ANY puncuation maybe? the post itself should be fine just try making your poll with no puncuation.

I'm up for anything new or invite only. Summer is a busy time so guild will be on and off. I know I am a old new member. Did not get in till like 3 months after this guild was created so can't say I am a old member. Maybe an active semi old member. Not important what I am but nevertheless I know how it was when I first came in. Didn't know what to do but it took time. Slowly got to know everyone and it soon started to become a close knit guild. Whether the decision is let anyone in or not all is all good. A new face to add to the conversation and to make part of the nicely knit guild would be good. It just all comes down to activeness. I say rock on and vivas la pj guild!! 3nodding

Gemstone I say we just ban all the people who joined and never posted, if you have less then 3 posts and have been a member for a while you're OUT! xd We do do that, we have done it a few times, it even says we do in the home page, but it doesn't seem to discourage people from doing it anyways *shrugs shoulders* I just want to find a way to make the regulars & the semi regulars happy and welcome, and have new people join in more controlled doses. New people are good, and creates more conversations, and is a new friend. At the same time, we allow in a lot of deadbeats and spammers, and quite honestly, a few plain dull posters. This is why this is stickied, so we can figure out a way agreeable to everyone, and not just me saying this is the way it is going to be... this techincally is not my guild, being Sporks creation... and it belongs to everyone here anyways, so it is better to work in a democratic fashion.

I don't really like invite only much. We were all newbies once and if people are actually interested in joining the guild and being active in it rather than polling only, and if they aren't a pal of anybody already in it, how would they be a part of it? PM a mod or the captain?
