I belive Kain killed him with his powers. (I havent seen all the episodes and I really want to hear what It sounds like in english). Kain killed him becuse Abel wouldn't give him a code and becuase he was"predictable)

Episodes 1 and 2, Flight Night and Witch Hunt, were skipped. The manga starts at episode 3.
