Interesting idea, though I'm not sure if they've released multiple heads yet as a serum -- I think they are building up to it, since missfired serums have been giving people two mouths lately.

Yeah, cleared it with Sabin. She said that a multi-headed serum would be fine as long as it works with the animal (Hence, cerberus...it can't be something that completely doesn't fit).
Getting a bonus this month...hoping to get an IoDM Commission biggrin
