If it's a general guide, then it has to be understandable by everyone in the guild Raptor. So no, it is not someone's "own damn problem," it's a problem for all mods, and a loophole for regular members.
Like an unintentional price cut at Wall-Mart, it has to be taken seriously. Except instead of somebody getting five bucks off a pair of socks, somebody gets off scot-free with a broken rule.
