With the FAQ, something I've been pondering...maybe a 'Whose responsibility is it' section should be added. I mean, the FAQ says the following:

...but that's not what really happens. If you want to get a beta, you have to go out and contact them. If you want to gamma someone, same thing. The FAQ makes it sound like you should sit back and wait--and, well, that leads to a dead guild if everyone does that sweatdrop
So...um...yeah. Maybe modify it? (And I feel really, really presumptuous making an actual attempt at wording, but I feel even worse if I make a suggestion and then leave all the work up to other people...uh...yeah).
