Laughing Aylana nods "Yea your right, I would have given up a long time ago. Left and never returned." looking down at her feet she smiles "Now I have a huge reason to stay around beside my family of course. Cielra, Mistu, and Bhel, they will need me. I can't leave them now." looking up she smiles "I grew soft didn't I?"

"Sickeningly so," Nyoka says, giving a mock shudder. "I mean, my teeth are rotting, and I am feeling a little nausia coming on. . . ." she winks. "I don't know, I guess it is to be expected, after you go through the whole gestation thing, and giving birth . . ." she shrugs.

Smirking Aylana shakes her head tapping the bottle in her hand "I knew it would happen to tell you the truth. I didn't want to be anything like my past self. I'm far more caring then she was, so I guess I was destiny to be a softy" shrugging she kicks her feet slightly "I wouldn't change it either to tell you the truth, I like that about me. That I'm always caring."

She nods, and looks thoughtful. She knows that there will come a time, maybe soon, when she is going to have to decide just what road in life she is going to take. And, she'll have to figure out if she wants all of her old powers back, or if she will want to give them away for a pair of horrible brats that she probably won't even see, anyway. . . .
She feels a tightening of her heart, and a few uncharacteristic thoughts and feelings bubbling up inside of her. . . .
"Yeah, I seem to like that about you, too. Except when you are being an idiot. . . ." Nyoka says, pulling herself from her thoughts. She feels relieved when she starts to feel normal once more.

Aylana smirks pushing her hand through her hair "This is one of those times I wish I could read what you were thinking." licking her lips she shakes her head "Dwelling on the past not going to change anything though. I guess I need to just take a deep breath and do what I have to." turning toward Nyoka she nods "Even if that is the hardest thing. But hell after everything I've been through this is just one bump I need to get over."
Nodding her head she smiles "I'll let you get back to your movie, I need to go shopping anyways. Rumor has it mum planning a christmas party at the estate again this year. So I need to buy gifts." leaning forward she gives Nyoka a quick hug "I'll give you a call later."
Turning she leans down grabbing her coat. Pulling it on she makes her way towards the door humming to herself. Glancing back over her shoulder she pops the door open before waving to Nyoka.
Slipping out the door she closes it behind her sighing "I really need to tell her soon." shaking her head she walks down the walkway.
