"Can't disagree with you there. Although it appears that each one is insane in their own special way. I've only had the pleasure of meeting three so far. Moreau, Sabin and Ginvera." Richard spoke the last with particular bitterness. "I must admit Moreau was interesting to interview. I just didn't care for the conclusion of it."

"Aye, Big Red, funny guy, him," Billy snickered, face twitching slightly although he didn't seem to notice, "Now his fiance, Pop, now, she's somet'in'." Again, his face ticked, "Real... real somet'in'..."

Richard noted the ticks as Billy talked. He wondered what they meant, if anything. "I haven't met Dr. Lockheart. I 've heard that She and Moreau have... difficulties. Heh." Richard added as a whisper, "One can only hope that continues." A fight at the top level of the island might be the thing that would end this experiment.

Richard couldn't imagine Aubrey's and Billy's relationship in a million years. The thought of any woman with Billy would probably make him sick to his stomach.
"No idea really. You know she brought in a marriage consoler? Moreau stuck him into duplex number 63." Richard was almost smiling again. He did enjoy gossip.

Billy giggled further at that, resting his bearded chin on a coil of tentacles, "Did she now?"

"A rather interesting fellow, swore that the green scales on his arms were a bad case of dry skin." Richard chuckled. "So what do you know of Aubrey?"

"A f**?" Richard searched his brain. "Oh, a smoke. Sorry but I quit about twenty years ago." Although he did occianionally use his pipe it was safely stored in his duplex. Erica had insisted that they quit the moment it be came known that it caused cancer. It had probably been the most tense year of their relationship, eventually, he had given in.

"I'll keep it in mind." Richard would, Billy seemed to have alot of information in that addled head of his. If he need cigs well those might be a good way to jog his memory.
Richard cast his line into the eddy he usually targeted.

Richard nodded, smiling a bit. "A grumpy old man named Richard is always glad to meet somebody with a backbone." It was meant as both a complment and a peace offering. "I'll see you around. This won't be the last time I go fishing."
